チケットのタイトル、コメント、ステータス、優先度、担当者を更新します。チケットのエージェントへの編集者アクセスが必要です。

This endpoint expects an object.

titlestring or nullオプション1-120 characters

指定した場合、チケットのタイトルを更新します。省略すると変更されません。

statusenum or nullオプション

指定した場合、チケットのステータスを更新します。変更しない場合は省略してください。

許可された値:

assignee_user_idstring or nullオプション

指定した場合、このチケットの解決担当者を更新します。エージェントに対する閲覧者以上のアクセス権を持つワークスペースメンバーである必要があります。担当を解除するにはnullを渡します。変更しない場合は省略してください。

priorityenum or nullオプション

指定した場合、チケットに必要な対応の緊急度を更新します。nullを渡すとクリアされます。省略すると変更されません。
