Architectでトリアージするため、会話におけるエージェントのパフォーマンスに関するチケットを作成します。問題の内容を説明する全体コメントおよび／またはターンレベルのコメントを指定してください。

conversation_idstring必須

このチケットに関する会話。

titlestring or nullオプション1-120 characters

トリアージリストに表示される1行見出しです。デフォルトではコメントから生成され、生成できない場合は会話の要約タイトルが使用されます。会話のオープンチケットにコメントを追加する場合は無視されます。

qa_commentstring or nullオプション1-10000 characters

このチケットの対象となる問題。単一のターンではなく、会話全体を対象にします。

turn_commentslist of objectsオプション

問題が発生した箇所に関する任意のターン単位のコメント。

priorityenum or nullオプション

チケットにどの程度緊急の対応が必要かを示します。会話にすでにオープンチケットがある場合、その優先度がこれより低ければ、この優先度に引き上げられます。
