분류 목록에 표시되는 한 줄 제목입니다. 기본값은 댓글에서 생성되며, 없으면 대화의 요약 제목을 사용합니다. 댓글이 대화의 열린 티켓에 추가되는 경우에는 무시됩니다.

qa_commentstring or null선택 사항1-10000 characters

단일 대화 차례가 아닌 전체 대화에 관한 이 티켓의 문제입니다.

turn_commentslist of objects선택 사항

문제가 발생한 원인에 대한 선택적 턴 수준 댓글입니다.

priorityenum or null선택 사항

티켓에 필요한 대응의 긴급도입니다. 대화에 이미 열린 티켓이 있고 우선순위가 이보다 낮으면 이 우선순위로 상향됩니다.
