Free trial

Every new account starts with a 30-day free trial that includes:

  • 30 phone minutes and 60 web chat minutes
  • A dedicated phone number
  • Full access to all features (including advanced integrations)
  • No credit card required

After 30 days, upgrade to a paid plan to continue.

How credits work

Each plan includes a monthly credit pool. Different activities consume credits at different rates:

Overage

On paid plans, if you exceed your included minutes, additional usage is billed at $0.40 per credit.

Upgrading

  1. Go to Settings → Billing (or click Upgrade in the sidebar)
  2. Choose your plan
  3. Complete payment via Stripe
  4. Your plan activates immediately

Downgrading

When you downgrade to a lower tier:

  • Changes take effect at the end of your current billing period
  • Resources beyond the new plan’s limits are deactivated (extra phone numbers, receptionists, locations)
  • You can cancel a pending downgrade before it takes effect

Cancellation

If you cancel your subscription:

  • Service continues until the end of your billing period
  • Your phone number is released after a 14-day grace period
  • Data is retained in case you resubscribe

Cancelling releases your phone number after the grace period. You may get a different number if you resubscribe.
