Does my email need to match my university email?

Yes. In order to use this discount, your ElevenLabs account email must match your valid ‘.edu’ or equivalent university email

The offer is available globally, but eligibility may vary depending on your school’s domain. If you're unable to verify, please reach out to support here

What happens after the student discount runs out?

Your subscription will automatically renew at the regular price. You can cancel at any time, but you will only keep access through the end of the billing period

What if I already have a paid plan for Eleven Reader, or ElevenLabs?

At the moment, we don’t have the infrastructure to support refunds. We know this isn’t ideal and appreciate your understanding as we continue to improve the experience.

What if I already have a subscription but on my personal email? Can I transfer my voice library or projects to a new student email?

Right now, we don’t have the infrastructure to support migrating data between accounts. If you’re moving to a student email, you’ll need to save or export your assets manually.
