Who is not eligible for a nonprofit license?

Organizations that don't meet our nonprofit verification requirements, or whose activities violate our Prohibited Use Policy.

How does nonprofit validation work?

We partner with Goodstack for nonprofit verification. If you have issues with verification, contact Goodstack .

How long does a nonprofit license last?

Approved nonprofits receive 12 months of free Pro access. You can reapply as your approval period comes to an end.

What if I already have a paid account and am accepted to the Impact Program?

If you're on a paid yearly plan and want to redeem the nonprofit offer, reach out to our support team to request a refund before applying your discount code.
