Dalton is the North America Strategic GTM Lead at ElevenLabs, where he works with the company's most strategic accounts, including IBM, Meta, Cisco, Stripe, and Square. He joined as ElevenLabs' first US sales hire, helping build the North America go-to-market function from the ground up, and helped launch the ElevenLabs Impact Program. Before ElevenLabs, he worked at Scale AI on the data and systems behind early AI models, drawing on a background in neuroscience and consulting.
