Live Workshop: How to Make a Catchy Ad, Start to Finish, in ElevenCreative

You can skip an ad. It's a lot harder to skip a jingle stuck in your head. The Search, our $100,000 global ad competition, puts audio front and center. In our upcoming live workshop, we're building a complete ad from scratch in ElevenCreative: jingle, voice, sound effects, and visuals, all the way to final export. You'll leave with a repeatable workflow for making ads people actually remember, plus everything you need to turn your own into a competition entry. What we'll cover: - How to write a jingle that sticks, using three principles demoed live in V4: a simple melody with one surprise, a tempo that makes it move, and short, rhymed, crystal-clear lyrics - How to set yourself up for success with strong reference images, fast first drafts, and no endless editing loops - How to bring voice, music, SFX, and visuals together in Studio so your ad feels like one cohesive piece - How to take what you've built and enter it into The Search We'll also have a live Q&A on anything from workflow to rules. Register to attend live or receive a link to the recording. What is The Search? The brief: invent a fictional brand, and create a ~30 second ad for it with an original jingle made in ElevenCreative. It can be funny, strange, emotional, or completely unexpected. The only real expectation is that it should be impossible to get out of someone’s head. We’re distributing $100,000 in prizes across 11 winners, including a $50,000 grand prize. The 11 winners will also receive something money can’t buy: a seat at the table. They will be invited for an exclusive 30-minute 1:1 with ElevenLabs' Creative Production team to pitch their ideas and receive feedback. You can enter on your own or with a team, and you can submit more than one entry. Submissions are now open, and they close on November 1, 2026 at 11:59pm PST. How AI Agents Reshape Customer Experience
Webinaire ElevenLabs : ajoutez un réceptionniste IA à votre catalogue, mardi 15 octobre.

Live workshop: Add an AI receptionist to your catalog

Your customers are losing calls every day. Medical practices, accounting firms, law firms, local businesses: the switchboard is saturated, nobody picks up, and the team spends its day on the phone instead of doing its actual job. They're asking you to solve this inside your product. You have two options: build a full voice layer in-house, which costs you several quarters of engineering on something that isn't your product. Or plug in a third-party receptionist that sits next to your solution and captures the customer relationship. Both cost you. This workshop is built for software vendors. The goal: you leave with a solution you can deliver turnkey to your customers. Lenaig Guilleux (GTM France), Maxime Aubert (FDE France) and Shana Inch (GTM France) will build a phone receptionist agent live on a regulated vertical, and show the three ways to integrate it into your product. On the agenda: - A phone receptionist agent built live, from scratch to first test call, on a real practice scenario: appointment booking, qualification, transfer - The three levels of integration depending on your architecture: turnkey agent, voice engine inside your stack, or TTS and STT as separate components via the API - One platform, multiple verticals: what changes between a medical practice, an accounting firm and a local business, and what stays the same - What compliance requires for your customers in regulated sectors: data hosted in Europe, GDPR, EU AI Act Whether you build vertical software for healthcare, accounting, legal or local commerce, this workshop shows you what you can deliver to your customers without building the voice layer yourself.

Behind the Agent: Reaching At-Risk Patients When Minutes Matter

As remote patient monitoring scales, so does the volume of abnormal readings that need a response. You can add staff, optimize queues, and redesign workflows, but there’s still a gap between the alert firing and actually reaching the patient. Cadence took a different path. Rachel Wang joins ElevenLabs for a behind-the-scenes conversation on the voice agent that now calls patients automatically the moment a vital goes out of range - and what it took to get it safe enough to talk to a patient. Rachel Wang, Vice President of Engineering, Cadence Caleb Wright, Enterprise Deployment, ElevenLabs John Durovsik, Growth, ElevenLabs What we'll cover: - What the workflow looked like before: alerts routed through a touchtone IVR, clinicians dialing patients by hand, and why hiring couldn't scale with the patient base - How the agent triggers on an out-of-range reading, runs a symptom assessment, and either resolves the alert per Cadence's protocols or warm-transfers to a nurse on the 24/7 team - Real metrics: 97% reduction in time to patient contact, 47% higher answer rate than human outreach, and 250,000 calls handled in the first seven months - Why patients answer an agent more often than a person, and what that changed about how Cadence designs outreach - What had to be true on clinical safety and escalation design before the agent was allowed to speak to a patient - Where Cadence draws the line between what the agent resolves and what always goes to a clinician
