Vous ne pouvez pas participer au Programme si vous n'acceptez pas les conditions ci-dessus. Eligibility

Pour participer au Programme, vous :

• Devez avoir au moins 18 ans (ou l'âge de la majorité légale dans votre pays) ;
• Devez avoir un compte actif et valide chez ElevenLabs ; ET
• Devez avoir lu et accepté les Conditions d'Utilisation, la Politique de Confidentialité d'ElevenLabs et ces Conditions du Programme.

Modifications to Terms of Service

ElevenLabs peut mettre à jour ces Conditions du Programme de temps à autre. La date de « Dernière mise à jour » ci-dessus indique quand ces Conditions du Programme ont été modifiées pour la dernière fois. Si nous apportons des modifications futures, nous pouvons (à notre discrétion) vous en informer par tout moyen raisonnable, comme en envoyant un e-mail, en fournissant un avis via nos Services, ou en mettant à jour la date en haut de ces Conditions du Programme. Sauf indication contraire dans notre avis, les Conditions du Programme modifiées prendront effet immédiatement. En continuant votre participation au Programme après l'entrée en vigueur de ces modifications, vous acceptez ces modifications des Conditions du Programme. Exigences pour la Participation

• You must provide accurate details, including your full legal name and a valid email address, before receiving payment.
• Only humans can register; "bots" or automated methods are not allowed.
• You're accountable for all content and activities under your account, even those by others under your account.
• A single person or entity shouldn't maintain multiple accounts.
• Using the program for unauthorized or illegal purposes, including violating any laws in your jurisdiction, is prohibited.
• Unauthorized use of ElevenLabs' intellectual property, trademarks, logos, advertising terms, or any related materials, whether in connection with the program or otherwise, is not permitted. However, we grant you a limited, nonexclusive, revocable, non-transferable, non-sublicensable royalty-free license to: (a) use, reproduce, distribute, perform, display and prepare derivative works of our name, logo, trademarks, and other brand identifiers for the sole purpose of promoting us in a legal and non-harmful, racist, or otherwise negative way we believe causes damage to our brand.
• Directly earning money on your own ElevenLabs product accounts through the program is prohibited.

Content Best Practices

• Using misleading tactics or false advertising.
• Bidding on branded keywords or terms associated with ElevenLabs without prior consent.
• Engaging in any activity that may be deemed harmful or detrimental to ElevenLabs' brand or reputation.
• Creating any content that promotes harm, discrimination, or violations of our established rules will not be tolerated and may result in immediate action, including removal and potential account suspension.

Payment & Commissions

• You can earn a 22% commission on transactions of referred paying subscribers for the first 12 months.
• Commissions are paid monthly to the best of our abilities through a third party service.
• Payment is between the 1st - 15th of each month to the best of our abilities.
• Commissions are released after the subscriber has been active for over 30 days to account for potential cancellations, refunds, or chargebacks.
• Payments are made through our third party partner PartnerStack and according to the payment method selected by the affiliate.
• It is your responsibility to ensure that their payment details are accurate and up-to-date.

As part of this program, you will be provided with an affiliate link. It is your responsibility to use these links to track referrals. Transactions without the use of these links will not qualify for commissions.

Conformité aux Lois

Les participants doivent se conformer à toutes les lois et réglementations applicables.

Résiliation

ElevenLabs peut immédiatement suspendre ou résilier votre participation au Programme pour toute violation (ou suspicion de violation) de ces Conditions du Programme ou pour toute autre raison (y compris lorsque votre contenu n'est pas pertinent pour le profil client idéal, le produit ou les fonctionnalités d'ElevenLabs ou lorsque vous êtes incapable de fournir suffisamment (à la discrétion d'ElevenLabs) de détails concernant votre conformité à ces Conditions du Programme). ElevenLabs peut, à sa seule discrétion, retenir les Commissions dans le cas où ElevenLabs a déterminé ou soupçonne raisonnablement qu'une violation de ces Conditions du Programme (ou de toute condition incorporée par référence ici) a eu lieu.

ElevenLabs peut également suspendre ou résilier la participation de vos affiliés (ou autres parties liées) au Programme dans la mesure où vous violez (ou êtes soupçonné d'avoir violé) ces Conditions du Programme.

Sans limiter ce qui précède, ElevenLabs peut résilier votre participation au Programme si vous avez été inactif pendant un (1) an. ElevenLabs peut également résilier le Programme dans son intégralité à la seule discrétion d'ElevenLabs.

Aucune Commission ne sera versée après la date d'effet de toute résiliation comme prévu dans cette section.
