Live Workshop: Build a patient scheduling agent
Roughly 30% of appointment scheduling happens outside normal business hours, and every missed call is a missed appointment. Phone scheduling is high-volume and repetitive, which makes it a strong first use case for a voice agent. In healthcare, a wrong slot or a misheard visit reason is a safety and compliance problem, so it has to be built carefully. Join ElevenLabs’ Nathan Pogue and John Durovsik for a live webinar where we’ll show how to build an inbound appointment scheduling agent with ElevenAgents, from verifying the patient to booking, rescheduling and canceling, with a clean handoff to staff. What we’ll cover: - How to verify patients with an EHR lookup and a one-time code before any appointment action - How to set guardrails so the agent never diagnoses, advises on treatment or dosage, or discusses billing, and hands urgent symptoms to staff - How to structure the patient journey as a workflow, from greeting to booking, transfer and close - How to test against success criteria and simulated edge cases before going live, with Zero Retention Mode We’ll also have a live Q&A at the end.

Live demo: AI agents for bookings, commerce, retail and marketplaces
What if booking, buying or changing an order took just one conversation? Customers book, buy, change and cancel at all hours, and teams can’t staff for every peak. Most booking and checkout flows still push people through forms, search filters and hold queues, and the moment plans change, they start over. That’s changed. AI agents can now hold a natural conversation by voice, understand what a customer actually wants, take action in your systems, and keep up when plans shift mid-conversation, in the customer’s own language. Join our live demo and platform walkthrough, no technical background needed. We’ll show ElevenBooking, an AI concierge built entirely on ElevenAgents. Tell it you’re planning an anniversary weekend, and watch one conversation become a confirmed booking: it searches, compares options, answers questions and completes the transaction. Then we open the platform and show how it works, so you can map the same building blocks onto your own booking, checkout or support flows. What we’ll cover: - A live demo of ElevenBooking handling a full booking, from first request to confirmed booking, including a mid-conversation change of plans - How the agent works across six languages, including Dutch, French and English, while the website updates in real time as it talks - A live walkthrough of the ElevenLabs platform: latency, natural conversation, data usage and tool calling - How to choose or design a voice that fits your brand - How this maps to your own use case, from bookings and orders to customer support, and the first steps to build your own We’ll also have a live Q&A at the end. Register to attend live or receive a link to the recording.
