Unlocked Spark Foundation builds accessible digital experiences for people with disabilities, starting with The Blind Mage - a mobile audio RPG designed natively for blind and visually impaired players. The game operates entirely through binaural 3D spatial audio and haptic feedback, with no visual elements required. We are formally supported by Polski Związek Niewidomych (PZN), the Polish Association of the Blind, representing over 27,000 members. Use case: Voicing NPC dialogue across five languages in The Blind Mage, and to power a voice-to-text level creation tool that allows blind players to author their own in-game worlds, characters, and stories using only their voices - making blind users creators, not just players.

In Brazil, the platform www.realiza.vc, operated by Instituto Realiza.vc, connects young students and NGO alumni to Jovem Aprendiz (Young Apprentice) positions and first-job opportunities at mid-sized and large companies. The system generates an employability index for each NGO based on students' applications to these opportunities and gives sponsors of social projects access to a free talent pool. The NGO and its job-matching system were created by Leonardo Medeiros, a former student of the NGO Junior Achievement, who realized that young people who have walked the same path he did tend to be more resilient and committed to their own development, while also meeting diversity criteria. Instituto Realiza.vc's work goes beyond the platform: it uses the database of registered youth to run its educational programs, helping social organizations improve their qualitative results. Use case: Strengthen its social media content and further develop its ecosystem of youth, NGOs, and companies around its free employability platform.
