hoichoi scales multilingual audio series with ElevenLabs

hoichoi, a subscription-based streaming platform centered on Bengali language entertainment, with its new formats app Sooper has recently launched microdramas and audio stories content. They partnered with Elevenlabs  to help content editors, executives create audio stories and voice content quicker but with equal emotional output and set up a cost effective workflow. 

Initially used by content executives for prototyping, ElevenLabs is now a core part of hoichoi’s Sooper’s pipeline – enabling a growing team of audio story content managers and editors to produce and localize content faster.

End-to-end production with ElevenLabs Creative Platform

Sooper from hoichoi uses ElevenLabs creative platform to manage its full audio production pipeline - from script input to export-ready voiceover. This enables their team to produce high-quality, multilingual audio stories and promotional content at scale.

Core workflows include:

• Producing Hindi and English audio series using Text to Speech models like V3 and Studio
  
• Generating voiceovers for promotional and launch videos
• Building a dubbing pipeline to support scalable localization

The team is also exploring Speech to Text for transcription workflows.

Reducing dubbing timeline from 5 days to 2 days

Switching to AI voice generation has enabled hoichoi to dramatically reduce dubbing timelines while maintaining emotional quality and delivery.

"What earlier took close to five days with traditional human dubbing can now be completed within just two days. Beyond the reduction in turnaround time, the process has also become far more streamlined, easing production pressures and helping us work more efficiently compared to the traditional format," says Adhidev Mukherjee, Content Head – New Formats (Audio & Microdramas), hoichoi.

This improvement accelerates launch cycles and reduces the cost of experimenting with new formats or multilingual releases.
