We’re excited to announce some significant updates to our pricing, aimed at helping you get even more from our best-in-class AI audio solutions.

Turbo Models are 50% cheaper

We’ve cut the prices of our Turbo v2 and v2.5 models, allowing you to generate more content for less. Both models offer ultra-low latency and high quality audio, making them ideal for conversational AI and other high-demand applications. And now, they are 50% cheaper.

Pricing breakdown: Self-Serve & Enterprise Plans

Here’s what this means for you:

• Self-Serve Plans: Turbo v2 and v2.5 models are now priced at just 0.5 credits per text character for Text to Speech.
• For self-serve users, you can now scale up for as little as $50 per million characters on annual plans.

• Enterprise Plans: Pricing ranges between 0.5 to 1 credit per text character depending on pre-existing volume-based discounts outlined in your contract. Your account admin should have received an email with more details on how the discount applied to your contract. If you're unsure and need more details, reach out to your dedicated ElevenLabs point of contact.
• For our larger enterprise customers with ultra high volumes, our costs can drop to $15 per million characters.

It’s important to note that these discounts apply only to our Turbo models. Pricing for our v1 English, v1 Multilingual, and v2 Multilingual models remains unchanged at 1 credit per text character.

Introducing our new Business Plan

To further support your growth, we’re introducing a brand-new Business Plan designed with scalability and savings in mind. We understand that as your needs grow, your pricing should become more favorable, too.

Usage-based billing

If you’re approaching your monthly quota limit on our Creator, Pro, Scale, or Business Plans, you can enable usage-based billing to easily purchase additional credits as needed.

Unused Credits? Roll them over

Traveling for a month? Writer’s block? Uneven usage? —Don’t worry. We’ve got you covered. With Credit Rollover you can now carry over up to two months’ worth of unused characters into the next month. This way, your credits don’t go to waste, giving you the flexibility you need, even when plans change.

Previously, unused credits would expire at the end of the month. Now, with Credit Rollover, if you receive 100k credits per month but don’t use any, your balance will roll over like this:

• Month 2: 200k credits available
• Month 3: 300k credits available
• Month 4 and beyond: Your balance remains capped at 300k credits

Clarifying “Credits” vs. “Characters”

If you’re wondering why we’re now using the term "credits," it’s because what were previously called "characters" are now referred to as credits.  The old terminology caused confusion, especially since “characters” applied not only to text-based tools but also to non-text inputs like Speech-to-Speech and Dubbing. By shifting to “credits,” we’ve aligned the term with our product’s diverse capabilities. When you do see “characters” mentioned, it strictly refers to written text characters.
