Introducing real-time collaboration in ElevenCreative Flows

ElevenCreative Flows now supports real-time collaboration. Multiple team members can open, edit, and run the same Flow simultaneously - with live cursor presence, inline commenting, and follow mode so your team can build, review, and approve from one canvas.

Build together in one canvas

When a Flow is shared with your workspace, any team member can open it and start working. Changes sync instantly. You can see who else is in the Flow, watch edits happen in real time, and work on different parts of the pipeline at the same time.

A copywriter configures the voiceover script node while a designer builds the visual pipeline. A producer adjusts the music generation while a brand manager reviews outputs downstream. There is no need to export, hand off, or wait for someone to finish before you start.

Comment and review in context

Leave comments directly on nodes, connections, or outputs inside the Flow. Feedback stays attached to the specific part of the pipeline it references - not buried in a Slack thread or a separate review doc.

A brand manager can flag a voiceover node that needs a different tone. A creative director can approve a visual output and leave notes on the music score in the same session. Comments resolve in place, so the review trail lives alongside the work.

Follow mode

Click on any collaborator's avatar to follow them and see the Flow from their perspective. Your viewport tracks their navigation in real time - useful when a teammate is walking through a pipeline, demonstrating a new node configuration, or presenting outputs for review. Click away to return to your own view.

Team pipelines, not just team files

Flows turns creative processes into reusable infrastructure. Real-time collaboration extends that from individual use to full team operation. A senior creative builds the pipeline structure while junior team members populate inputs and test variations. A marketing lead reviews and comments on outputs in the same canvas where they were generated - no separate review tool, no context lost in the handoff.

For agencies managing multiple clients, this means faster iteration cycles. For in-house teams, it means fewer handoffs between creation and approval.

Works with Basic Seats and shared workspaces

Real-time collaboration builds on the team features already available in ElevenCreative. Share a Flow with anyone in your workspace - including Basic Seat members. Basic Seats let teams add reviewers, managers, and stakeholders at a reduced access tier. They can open shared Flows, watch pipelines run, leave comments, and collaborate without consuming a full workspace seat.

Combined with shared credit pools and Files - the centralized asset library for voices, audio, video, images, and music across your workspace - collaboration in Flows means your team can go from idea to finished creative without leaving ElevenCreative.

Sharing and access

Share a Flow with anyone in your workspace. Shared Flows appear in each collaborator's Flows list - no separate link required. Open the Flow, and you are in the same live session as everyone else. On public Flows, collaborators outside your workspace can view and follow along as anonymous participants.
