ElevenLabs is expanding its operations across Australia and New Zealand. Over the coming year, we plan to triple our local team, adding dedicated sales and forward-deployed engineering to work more closely with customers in the region.
More than 750,000 users in these countries already build with ElevenLabs, including enterprises like Australia Post, Xero, Greenstone Financial Services, Heidi Health, Andromeda Robotics, and Employment Hero, which deploy our technology to solve problems from call center automation to content creation.
Employment Hero - an HR, payroll, and recruitment platform serving more than 350,000 businesses across the region - uses ElevenAgents to run outbound calls that drive product activations at scale. Greenstone Financial Services uses an AI agent to handle outbound calls and pre-screen customers before transferring to a human advisor. And Andromeda Robotics has built Abi, a companion robot for aged care residents to provide personalized conversation and improve wellbeing.
Across these deployments, ElevenAgents connects to business systems and handles customer interactions in real time across 70 languages. Our Voice Library now includes more than 4,000 Australian-accent voices, helping enterprises deploy agents that sound local to their customers.
So far, users across Australia and New Zealand have generated more than 300 million audio generations, held 2.4 million AI conversations on our platform, and built nearly 37,000 applications with the ElevenLabs API.
We are seeing a clear inflection point for AI adoption across the region. Organizations in Australia and New Zealand have long been early adopters, and that momentum is now translating pilots into real production deployments. Voice AI is one of the fastest, highest-impact places to start, and we are excited to deepen our investment here.
