Alpha Bank is expanding its collaboration with ElevenLabs as part of its broader strategy to enhance the customer experience by applying AI across its digital channels and call center. Together, Alpha Bank and ElevenLabs have developed a voice with a distinctive identity that makes customer service more natural and familiar, while complementing the support provided by the Bank’s specialized customer advisors.
Built on ElevenAgents, ElevenLabs' platform for AI voice agents, the new service is designed to accelerate and simplify communication with customers, with faster and more accessible interactions.
The AI voice agent that is designed to:
- Help customers get fast, convenient service in their first moments of interaction with the bank
- Connect customers to a specialized advisor whenever needed
- Operate within the voice gateway of their call center
- Support natural conversations in both Greek and English
Alpha bank plans to expand this collaboration and bring the same voice agent to all e-banking, mobile banking, and digital touchpoints.
