To support both French and English users, Allô relies on ElevenLabs voices—Mylene for France and Tanya for the US. These voices handle every spoken touchpoint across the system, from voicemail greetings to live AI agents.
Allô integrates ElevenLabs’ Text to Speech and Conversational AI to deliver low-latency, natural-sounding voice across their telephony stack.
Text to Speech is used for all pre-recorded messages:
- Greeting and voicemail flows
- Smart routing and transfer prompts
- Contextual information updates during call transfers
Conversational AI powers real-time AI agents that can answer calls on behalf of users. Each agent is configurable—with custom instructions, voice settings, and tone—and integrates directly into Allô’s SIP telephony infrastructure via web sockets.
