There is no limit to the number of agents you can create on any plan. You are only limited by the number of concurrent calls available on your plan along with your monthly credit limit.

Burst pricing allows your ElevenLabs agents to temporarily exceed your workspace's subscription concurrency limit during high-demand periods. When enabled, your agents can handle up to 3 times your normal concurrency limit, with excess calls charged at double the standard rate.

What happens if I upgrade, downgrade, or cancel my subscription?

If you upgrade to a higher plan, any unused credits from your previous plan will roll over into the next billing cycle. If you downgrade or cancel your subscription, your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle. After that, your account will be downgraded to the Free plan and any unused paid credits will expire.
