The game operates entirely through binaural 3D spatial audio and haptic feedback, with no visual elements required. We are formally supported by Polski Związek Niewidomych (PZN), the Polish Association of the Blind, representing over 27,000 members. The system generates an employability index for each NGO based on students' applications to these opportunities and gives sponsors of social projects access to a free talent pool. The NGO and its job-matching system were created by Leonardo Medeiros, a former student of the NGO Junior Achievement, who realized that young people who have walked the same path he did tend to be more resilient and committed to their own development, while also meeting diversity criteria.
