NewForm scales top-performing ads with ElevenCreative

NewForm is a creative discovery engine for performance advertising, working with brands across categories including prediction markets, consumer AI, and language learning. Each month, the team produces thousands of original ads, identifies top performers through its Framework platform, and uses ElevenCreative to extend those ads across markets.

Scaling existing creative

Once NewForm’s Framework platform identifies a top-performing ad, their next challenge is to extract as much value from that asset as possible: new markets, new languages, cleaner audio. To do so in the most efficient manner, NewForm uses ElevenCreative.

The team uses ElevenCreative across five parts of this workflow: dubbing proven ads into new languages, recovering field-captured audio with Voice Isolator, fixing missed lines with Voice Cloning, generating static images for ad creative, and proofreading captions with Studio’s transcription. Each helps the team do more with content they’ve already produced.

Dubbing top-performing ads for new markets

Rather than producing localized versions of the top-performing ads from scratch, NewForm uses ElevenCreative to dub ads into Spanish, Japanese, Korean, and other languages. This process preserves what made the original ad work - timing, delivery, and energy - while adapting it for new audiences.

Localized versions of ads regularly become top performers in new markets too. An ad that has already proven itself often carries that success into the next market, without the investment or time of starting from scratch.

Cleaning up field-captured audio

NewForm also uses ElevenCreative to improve audio quality across its ad library, particularly for ads shot outdoors. The team shoots a high volume of street interviews across New York City, where ambient noise is a constant challenge. They use ElevenCreative's Voice Isolator to remove background noise in post-production, making far more of their field-recorded content usable. This means more raw footage makes it through to the final cut, and the team spends less time working around audio issues that would have killed otherwise strong creative.

Fixing missed lines with Voice Cloning

When a Creator misses a line or says the wrong word, reshooting isn’t always an option. The team uses Voice Cloning to regenerate the specific line in post using the Creator’s voice. Instant Voice Cloning produces a usable replica from less than a minute of sample audio.

Fewer missed shots reach the cutting room floor, and expensive reshoots are avoided.

Generating static images for ad creative

NewForm’s editors also use ElevenCreative to generate static images for ad creative. The tool integrates leading models and sits inside the same workspace as Dubbing, Voice Isolator, and Studio, so assets move directly into a project timeline without switching platforms.

Proofreading captions with Studio

Lastly, the NewForm team uses Studio to proofread captions. Studio’s Speech to Text transcription - powered by Scribe v2 - produces accurate, reliable output for ads with ambient noise or non-standard phrasing. Editors bring the clip into Studio, let the transcription run, and catch errors against the timeline before final export.

Doing more with proven creative
