Install once and your Kiro coding agent gets instant access to Text to Speech, Speech to Text, Music, Sound Effects, and ElevenAgents - loaded dynamically, only when relevant.
We've published an official ElevenLabs Power for Kiro, the agentic IDE built for spec-driven development. Install it with one click and your Kiro agent has working knowledge of our model APIs - Text to Speech, Speech to Text, ElevenAgents, Sound Effects, and Music - loaded dynamically based on what you're actually building.
The alternative
Without a Power, the usual approach is to manually link documentation into your agent's context, or use an agent Skill that loads the same instructions regardless of what you're building. Both work, but neither is precise - you're either doing the curation work yourself, or your agent is carrying context that has nothing to do with the current task.
Kiro Powers take a different approach: dynamic context loading. Steering files activate when your prompt indicates they're relevant, and deactivate when you move on. Mention "speech synthesis" and the Text to Speech steering loads. Switch to transcription work and Scribe's guidance comes in instead. The rest stays out of the way.
How the ElevenLabs Power is structured
The repository lives at github.com/elevenlabs/powers.
When you install it, here's what Kiro gets access to:
Kiro infers intent from your prompt, retrieves only the relevant steering file, and proceeds with accurate, specific guidance for that capability. You're not reading docs.
Getting started
Install the power from the Kiro Powers Library.
Get your key from elevenlabs.io/app/settings/api-keys.
Build with it: ElevenHacks x Kiro
We're running a week-long hackathon co-hosted with Kiro as part of our ElevenHacks series. Use Kiro to build something with ElevenLabs. $10,000 in cash prizes.
Opens April 16, 9AM PDT. Closes April 23, 9AM PDT.
