Installation
Installation guides
Before you begin, make sure you have:
From Ozonetel:
- An active Ozonetel account (contract + KYC completed)
- SIP Domain (e.g.,
sip2.cloud-connect.in:7065) - Assigned DIDs / CLIs / Phone Numbers
- SIP username and password (for registration-based SIP trunk)
- Admin credentials and Admin Login URL (e.g.,
crm2.cloud-connect.in) - Sufficient channels procured (1 channel per concurrent call)
From ElevenLabs:
- An ElevenLabs IN residency account (Contact your account manager to help with this)
- Static SIP enabled on your workspace (request via your AE/FDE)
- A configured ElevenLabs AI agent to assign to the phone number
