以下音乐模型专属条款（“模型专属条款”）为上述服务条款的补充，专门适用于客户使用指定版本的音乐模型。在本模型专属条款中，“版本”指由主版本号或标识符（如“v1”）标识的音乐模型正式发布版本，包括该版本系列下的所有相关更新、修改、补丁和子版本（如 v1.1、v1.5 及其他 v1.x 版本）。
除非 ElevenLabs 明确说明，否则同一版本系列下的所有迭代均适用相同的模型专属条款。ElevenLabs 有权将任何子版本或更新指定为新版本，并适用单独的模型专属条款。
1. 商业用途
（a）通用规定 允许商业使用输出内容，但须遵守本服务条款中的相关限制。
（b）限制。商业使用输出内容时，需遵守以下限制：
（i）免费套餐。使用免费套餐时，禁止将输出内容用于任何商业目的，包括禁止在 Spotify、Apple Music、Amazon Music、Pandora 等流媒体音乐平台分发输出内容。
（ii）Starter、Creator、Pro、Scale 或 Business 套餐。使用 Starter、Creator、Pro、Scale 或 Business 套餐时，禁止在以下商业场景中使用输出内容：
（1）线下（即非互联网或移动应用）电视或广播节目、电影、其他视觉媒体、直播或广告。
（2）高流量的公共活动，包括会议、展会或音乐会；
（3）包含超过 100 个输出内容的音乐库或资源库，并计划将音乐授权或分发给第三方；
（4）在任何场景下，向第三方提供服务或输出内容（如 OEM 条款中定义的“提供”），用于违反本条或其他服务条款的用途。
（iii）Enterprise 套餐。使用 Enterprise 套餐时，禁止在以下商业场景中使用输出内容：
（1）包含超过 100 个输出内容的音乐库或资源库，并计划将音乐授权或分发给第三方；
（2）在 Spotify、Apple Music、Amazon Music、Pandora 等流媒体音乐平台分发。
（2）生成与下载限制
（a）免费套餐
（i）每月最多可生成 11 分钟输出内容。
（ii）不允许下载。
（b）Starter 套餐
（i）每月最多可生成 30 分钟输出内容。
（ii）每月最多可下载 30 分钟输出内容。
（c）Creator、Pro、Scale 和 Business 套餐
（i）生成和下载上限根据套餐类型不同而变化（见下表）。
（d）Enterprise 套餐
（i）生成和下载上限可按书面协议自定义。
（e）套餐专属使用表。下表列出了各音乐订阅套餐的使用上限和相关限制，包括每月音频生成和下载上限，以及商业用途限制。请在使用所选套餐下的 Music 前，仔细阅读以下条件。
