以下音乐模型专属条款(“模型专属条款”)为上述服务条款的补充,专门适用于客户对指定版本音乐模型的使用。在本模型专属条款中,“版本”指由主版本号或标识符(如“v1”)标识的音乐模型正式发布版本,包括该版本系列下的所有相关更新、修改、补丁和子版本(如 v1.1、v1.5 及其他 v1.x 迭代)。
除非 ElevenLabs 明确说明,否则同一版本系列下的所有迭代均适用相同的模型专属条款。ElevenLabs 有权将任何子版本或更新指定为新版本,并适用单独的模型专属条款。
1. 商业用途
A. 总则 在遵守本服务条款相关限制的前提下,允许商业使用输出内容。
B. 限制。商业使用输出内容时需遵守以下限制:
i. 免费方案。若客户使用免费方案,禁止将输出内容用于任何商业目的,包括禁止在 Spotify、Apple Music、Amazon Music、Pandora 等流媒体音乐平台分发输出内容。
ii. Starter、Creator、Pro、Scale 或 Business 方案。若客户使用 Starter、Creator、Pro、Scale 或 Business 方案,禁止在以下商业场景中使用输出内容:
a. 线下(即非互联网或移动应用)电视或广播节目、电影、其他视觉媒体、直播或广告中;
b. 高流量的公共活动,包括会议、展会或音乐会;
c. 包含超过 100 个输出内容的音乐库或资源库,并计划向第三方授权或分发音乐;
d. 在任何场景下,将服务或输出内容(如 OEM 条款中定义的“提供使用”)提供给第三方,若该行为违反本条或其他服务条款。
iii. Enterprise 方案。若客户使用 Enterprise 方案,禁止在以下商业场景中使用输出内容:
a. 包含超过 100 个输出内容的音乐库或资源库,并计划向第三方授权或分发音乐;
b. 在 Spotify、Apple Music、Amazon Music、Pandora 等流媒体音乐平台分发。
2. 生成与下载限制
A. 免费方案
i. 每月最多可生成 11 分钟输出内容。
ii. 不可下载。
B. Starter 方案
i. 每月最多可生成 30 分钟输出内容。
ii. 每月最多可下载 30 分钟输出内容。
C. Creator、Pro、Scale 和 Business 方案
i. 生成和下载上限根据方案类型递增(见下表)。
D. Enterprise 方案
i. 生成和下载上限可按书面协议自定义。
E. 方案专属使用表。下表列出了各音乐订阅方案的使用上限和相关限制,包括每月音频生成和下载上限,以及商业用途限制。请在使用所选方案下的 Music 前,仔细阅读以下条件。
