Voice Library Rewards Program Terms

1. Introduction

These ElevenLabs Voice Library Rewards Program Terms (these “Program Terms”) are between you (“you” or “Participant”) and Eleven Labs, Inc. (“ElevenLabs,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Program Terms govern the ElevenLabs Voice Library Rewards Program (the “Program”), under which eligible, opted-in registered ElevenLabs users can earn cash or ElevenLabs account credit (each, a “Reward”) for contributing new professional voice clones (“PVCs”) to the ElevenLabs Voice Library that match criteria ElevenLabs publishes from time to time on the Program webpage located at: https://elevenlabs.io/app/voices-earnings/library-gaps (the “Program Page”).

By enrolling in the Program, you: 

  • agree to abide by these Program Terms; 
  • accept and remain bound by the ElevenLabs Terms of Service, including the ElevenLabs Prohibited Use Policy, and any applicable Service-Specific Terms (the “Terms of Service”); and
  • acknowledge and agree to the ElevenLabs Privacy Policy 

(collectively, the “General Platform Policies”).

These Program Terms supplement, and do not replace, the General Platform Policies. If these Program Terms conflict with the General Platform Policies regarding the ownership of, or consent required for, a voice, the General Platform Policies control. If these Program Terms conflict with the General Platform Policies specifically regarding Reward eligibility or payment, these Program Terms control.

You may not participate in the Program if you do not accept the terms above. THESE PROGRAM TERMS, AND THE TERMS REFERENCED HEREIN, INCLUDE LIMITATIONS ON ELEVENLABS’ LIABILITY AND OBLIGATIONS FOR WHICH YOU ARE OBLIGATED TO INDEMNIFY US. PLEASE REVIEW SUCH TERMS CAREFULLY.

2. Eligibility

To enroll and participate in the Program, you must:

  • Have an active and valid ElevenLabs account that is in good standing throughout your participation; 
  • Affirmatively opt in to the Program by selecting an Offer (as defined in Section 3) on the Program Page; and
  • Upload a PVC to the ElevenLabs Voice Library that satisfies the Offer Criteria (as defined in Section 3).

Only natural persons enrolled in their own name may participate. Use of bots, scripts, multiple accounts, or other automated or fraudulent means to enroll or to submit PVCs is prohibited.

3. Opt-In and Enrollment

Participation in the Program is not automatic. You must affirmatively opt in by visiting the Program Page before any PVC you contribute can qualify for a Reward. PVCs created before you opt in, or during any period your enrollment is suspended or terminated, are not eligible for a Reward, regardless of whether they match the Offer Criteria. 

Participation is limited to one Offer per account at any given time. Enrolling in a second Offer while already enrolled in another active Offer will result in disqualification from the prior active Offer. You may withdraw from the Program at any time using the opt-out mechanism ElevenLabs provides. Withdrawal does not affect Rewards already approved before your withdrawal but forfeits eligibility for a Reward on any PVC submitted afterward.

4. Offer Criteria

ElevenLabs will publish on the Program Page a list of voices currently eligible for a Reward (each, an “Offer”), which may include, without limitation, specific languages or dialects, vocal styles or accents, demographic characteristics, or other attributes ElevenLabs is seeking at a given time (collectively, the “Offer Criteria”). ElevenLabs may add, remove, or modify the Offer Criteria — and the associated Reward amounts or forms — at any time and in its sole discretion, effective upon posting to the Program Page.

Only a PVC that, in ElevenLabs’ sole discretion, matches the Offer Criteria in effect at the time it is submitted and reviewed is eligible for a Reward. ElevenLabs has no obligation to pay a Reward for a PVC submitted under criteria that have since changed or been removed, even if the PVC was uploaded while those criteria were in effect, unless ElevenLabs approved the Reward before the change took effect. 

JOINING AN OFFER DOES NOT GUARANTEE PAYMENT OF A REWARD. EACH OFFER APPLIES TO SPECIFIC CRITERIA, HAS A SET REWARD AMOUNT, START AND END DATES (THE “OFFER TERM”), AND A MAXIMUM NUMBER OF REWARDS. ONLY THE FIRST QUALIFYING VOICES (UP UNTIL THE STATED MAXIMUM) WILL RECEIVE REWARDS. IF AN OFFER IS FULL OR HAS CLOSED, YOU WILL NOT RECEIVE A REWARD. REWARDS WILL BE PAID AFTER PVC ELIGIBILITY HAS BEEN VERIFIED. 

5. PVC Submission Requirements

Each PVC you submit for consideration under the Program must, in addition to satisfying all requirements of the General Platform Policies:

  • Be a new PVC that you create and upload to the Voice Library for the first time after you opt in to an active Offer. PVCs already in the Voice Library, and substantially similar duplicates of an existing PVC (yours or another user’s), do not qualify;
  • Be created from audio recorded in an acoustically-treated room with a studio-grade microphone with a pop-filter; 
  • Be created from audio that is high quality, namely, no heavy media content, no background music, no reverberation or echo, natural speaking pace and consistent volume, no microphone artifacts, non-disrupted, and at least 16 kHz;
  • Be created from at least 30 minutes of audio;
  • Be in a verified language that matches the language of the Offer you joined;
  • Have a notice period of at least 365 days;
  • Have earnings turned on, and be owned by the account that joined the Offer; 
  • Be created and shared in the Voice Library during the Offer Term, remain live in the Voice Library for at least 14 days of the Voice Library publication date, and not be banned or removed from the Voice Library. ElevenLabs reserves the right to suspend or terminate payouts if the Voice is unpublished within six months of the Voice Library publication date;
  • Be a PVC in which you own, or have obtained, all rights, consents, licenses, and permissions necessary to create the clone, upload it to the Voice Library, and make it available for use by others through the Voice Library;
  • Not depict or imitate any public figure, celebrity, or other identifiable third party without that person’s express written consent, and not otherwise infringe or misappropriate any person’s intellectual property, publicity, or privacy rights; and
  • Comply with the Prohibited Use Policy and all other content and safety requirements applicable to Voice Library submissions generally.

By submitting a PVC for consideration under the Program, you represent and warrant that it satisfies all of the above requirements and the Offer Criteria then in effect. Except for Rewards eligibility, submitting a PVC for the Program does not change the rights ElevenLabs or Voice Library users already have in that PVC under the Terms of Service.

6. Review and Approval

ElevenLabs will review PVCs submitted by opted-in Participants to determine whether they match the Offer Criteria and otherwise comply with these Program Terms and the General Platform Policies. ElevenLabs may approve or reject any PVC for any reason or no reason, in its sole discretion, including for quality, policy compliance, suspected fraud, duplication, or business need. No Reward is earned or owed unless and until ElevenLabs approves the PVC in writing (including via in-product notification). 

7. Rewards, Payment, and Taxes

Reward amount and form. The Reward amount and form (cash, ElevenLabs account credit, or a combination) for an approved PVC will be as published on the Program Page for the Offer Criteria the PVC satisfies at the time of submission. ElevenLabs may change Reward amounts or forms prospectively at any time.

Payment method and timing. Approved Rewards, whether cash or ElevenLabs account credit, will be credited directly to the account balance of the ElevenLabs account that submitted the PVC and paid out in accordance with the General Platform Policies.

Conditions to payment. To receive a cash Reward, you must provide a valid and up-to-date payment method and complete any tax documentation ElevenLabs requires (e.g., Form W-9 or W-8BEN, as applicable), and continue to satisfy the eligibility requirements in Section 2. ElevenLabs may withhold payment until this information is provided and verified, including identity verification (KYC) where required by law or by our payment partners.

Taxes. You are solely responsible for any taxes owed on Rewards you receive. ElevenLabs may report Reward payments to tax authorities as required by applicable law (e.g., IRS Form 1099 for U.S. persons above the applicable threshold) and may be required to withhold taxes from payments where applicable law requires it.

8. Clawback and Forfeiture

ElevenLabs may withhold, cancel, or require repayment of any Reward (whether or not already paid) if: (a) the underlying PVC is later found not to comply with the Offer Criteria, these Program Terms, or the General Platform Policies (including because required consent was not actually obtained, or is later withdrawn); (b) the PVC is removed from the Voice Library for any policy or legal reason; (c) ElevenLabs determines the Reward was obtained through fraud, misrepresentation, or abuse of the Program; or (d) you are found to have violated these Program Terms, the Terms of Service, or applicable law in connection with the Program. ElevenLabs may deduct amounts owed under this Section from your ElevenLabs account balance or from future Rewards, to the extent permitted by law.

9. Prohibited Conduct

In addition to the Prohibited Use Policy, in connection with the Program you may not:

  • Use bots, scripts, multiple accounts, or automated tools to submit PVCs or to manufacture eligibility for Rewards;
  • Submit low-effort, duplicate, near-duplicate, or synthetic-of-synthetic PVC designed to game the Offer Criteria rather than provide genuine new voice diversity to the Voice Library;
  • Submit a PVC you do not have the rights or consent to submit;
  • Coordinate with other Participants, or use another person’s account or identity, to obtain Rewards you would not otherwise be entitled to; or
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, exploit, or manipulate the Offer Criteria, the review process, or Reward calculations.

Violating this Section may result in forfeiture and clawback of Rewards under Section 8, removal of the associated PVC(s), suspension or termination of your Program participation, and/or suspension or termination of your underlying ElevenLabs account under the Terms of Service.

10. Program Changes; Discontinuation

ElevenLabs may modify these Program Terms, the Offer Criteria, the Reward amounts or forms, or any other aspect of the Program at any time and for any reason. Material changes will be posted to the Program Page or these Program Terms, with the “Last Updated” date revised accordingly; where required by law, we will provide additional notice. Continued participation in the Program after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the changes.

ElevenLabs may suspend or discontinue the Program (or any part of it) at any time and for any reason. If ElevenLabs does so, it will honor Rewards already approved before discontinuation, but has no obligation to accept or reward new submissions after the effective date of discontinuation.

11. Suspension and Termination

ElevenLabs may suspend or terminate your participation in the Program, and/or your enrollment, at any time, for any or no reason, including if: (a) you violate, or ElevenLabs suspects you have violated, these Program Terms, the Terms of Service, or the Prohibited Use Policy; (b) ElevenLabs determines your submissions are not relevant to, or are inconsistent with the purpose of, the Program; (c) you fail to provide information ElevenLabs reasonably requests to verify your identity, eligibility, or compliance; (d) ElevenLabs discontinues the Program under Section 10; or (e) ElevenLabs believes doing so is necessary to comply with applicable law.

Upon termination, no further Rewards will be earned, and ElevenLabs may withhold or claw back Rewards under Section 8. Termination of the Program, or of your participation in it, does not by itself affect your underlying ElevenLabs account or any rights already granted in PVCs under the Terms of Service.

12. Relationship of the Parties

Your relationship with ElevenLabs under these Program Terms is that of independent parties. Nothing in these Program Terms creates a partnership, joint venture, agency, or employment relationship between you and ElevenLabs. Participation in the Program does not make you a representative, endorser, or spokesperson of ElevenLabs, and you may not represent otherwise.

13. Compliance with Laws; Sanctions

You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations in connection with your participation in the Program. ElevenLabs will not pay a Reward to any person, or in any jurisdiction, where doing so would violate applicable law, including U.S. export control, economic sanctions, or anti-money-laundering laws. ElevenLabs may require additional identity or tax verification before paying a Reward where required by law or by our payment or banking partners.

14. Indemnification

You will indemnify, defend, and hold harmless ElevenLabs and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any losses, liabilities, claims, damages, expenses, or costs arising out of or related to: (a) your participation in the Program; (b) any PVC you submit, including any claim that the PVC infringes, misappropriates, or violates a third party’s intellectual property, publicity, or privacy rights, or that required consent was not actually obtained; (c) your breach of these Program Terms, the Terms of Service, or the Prohibited Use Policy; or (d) your violation of applicable law.

15. Limitations and Disclaimers

TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ELEVENLABS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, PUNITIVE, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE PROGRAM. ELEVENLABS’ AGGREGATE LIABILITY IN CONNECTION WITH THE PROGRAM WILL NOT EXCEED THE TOTAL REWARDS YOU HAVE ACTUALLY BEEN PAID IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM. THE PROGRAM, INCLUDING ANY REWARD, IS PROVIDED ON AN “AS-IS” BASIS, AND ELEVENLABS MAKES NO GUARANTEE THAT ANY SUBMITTED PVC WILL BE APPROVED OR REWARDED.

16. General

These Program Terms are governed by, and incorporate by reference the governing law, dispute resolution, and other general provisions of, the Terms of Service. If any provision of these Program Terms is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force. These Program Terms, together with the Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and Prohibited Use Policy, are the entire agreement between you and ElevenLabs regarding the Program.
