Terms & Conditions
Your right to participate in ElevenLabs’ referral program shall be subject to a separate agreement executed by and between you and ElevenLabs which sets forth the details of such relationship (“Referral Agreement”).
Notwithstanding any statements, oral or written, provided by ElevenLabs or any party acting on its behalf, no referral relationship shall be deemed to exist unless and until a Referral Agreement has been executed by the authorized representatives of the parties. The payment of any fees or commissions shall be subject to the Referral Agreement.
