AI-First Projects
We’re looking for hackathons and meetups that empower developers to build with Artificial Intelligence (LLMs, Generative Media, new AI interfaces, atec.)
In-Person Only
We believe the best building happens in the same room; we focus our sponsorship on physical events.
Give us a Head Start
We move fast, but the earlier you apply, the better. Applying early ensures we have plenty of time to get everything ready.

Frequently asked questions
Our standard sponsorship package includes three tiers of credit support:
- All participants: 1 month free of our Creator tier (100k credits; normally $22/month), distributed via coupon codes through our automated Discord bot (redemption guidance below, Discord server: https://discord.gg/elevenlabs)
- Overall event winners: 3-month of our Pro tier subscriptions (600k credits, $297 value/team member) for each team member of the overall winning team
- Best project built with ElevenLabs: 3-month of our Scale tier subscriptions (600k credits, $897 value/team member) for each team member of the overall winning team
We can also provide ElevenLabs branding assets for your event page and, in the case of a handful of selected events, amplify from our developer accounts.
For distribution, all participants can claim their free ElevenLabs access through our automated Discord system:
- Join the Discord server: https://discord.gg/elevenlabs
- Gain access to the #│coupon-codes channel
- Click "Start Redemption"
- Select the event and fill out the form using the email used for registration
- The bot sends the unique coupon code

If your event is selected, please share a .csv file containing the list of participant email addresses at least 72 hours before the start of the event.
We'll be in touch via email regarding the .csv file.
The fastest path is to fill out our 30-second sponsorship request form this page redirects to. It helps us understand the basics - event size, date, focus, etc. Once submitted, we typically respond within 1-2 business days with our offer.
For events already connected to ElevenLabs through another existing partner, support may be provisioned automatically. Check in with your primary contact first.
When you run a dedicated ElevenLabs prize track, here's what we look for in the winning project:
- Agentic depth: does the project go beyond basic text-to-speech? We prioritize autonomous agents that handle multi-step tasks using voice, in multiple languages.
- Voice as a necessity, not a feature: the best projects treat voice interaction as core to the experience, not a layer added at the end.
- Real-world utility: does the tool solve a genuine problem, or serve a user group that would actually benefit from it?
- Technical execution: clean integration with the ElevenLabs API, creative use of our capabilities (voices, cloning, agents).
Unless we specify otherwise, you're welcome to delegate winner selection to your organizing team, just use these criteria as your guide.
We currently only sponsor in-person hackathons. This is mainly a fraud prevention measure: online-only events make it very hard to verify that credits reach real, attending participants rather than being bulk-claimed.
For hybrid events, we're happy to support the in-person component only. We'll base the participant count and prize scope on the in-person attendees, and require a verified list of physical check-ins rather than total registrations.
Here's what we typically ask for in return of the tool access we provide:
- Branding: Please feature our logo on all hackathon materials and the website according to our brand guidelines (https://elevenlabs.io/brand).
- Hacker guide: please share our Hacker guide with all participants - the guide contains links to the documentation needed to kickstart hacking with ElevenLabs. Hacker guide link: https://docs.google.com/document/d/1mCh5MtOzBw0aJpurQVUmIVFfPMAHW3MjNemE-LNiMto/edit?usp=sharing
- Feedback: After the event, please fill out our 30-second-fill organizer feedback form and encourage participants to fill out the hacker feedback form found in the Hacker’s guide. Organizer feedback form link: https://forms.gle/9SewjuE2UoXVvmSy9
- Event highlights: After the event, please provide the following:
- A photo/video from the event that we can share on the page dedicated to the hackathons we support with crediting the event (the page is not yet live)
- Link to the best project built with ElevenLabs
Yes, with a few guardrails. You're welcome to use our logo and mention ElevenLabs in your event comms, as long as you follow our brand guidelines: https://elevenlabs.io/brand
Please don't create content that implies an official ElevenLabs endorsement beyond the sponsorship scope, or use our branding in ways that haven't been agreed.
Except a few exceptional cases, we can't commit to in-person attendance for most events. The team is small and spread across time zones, so we often can't align schedules, especially for events outside major hubs.
Please refer to the judging criteria guidance we shared above so your team can evaluate the ElevenLabs track with confidence, plus prizes ready to go for the winners.
Generally, we don't have the bandwidth to run workshops or demo our API/Agents. For most hackathons, we instead provide a Hacker Guide: a concise resource covering how to get started with ElevenLabs, key API features, and tips for building voice-forward projects fast.
