You may also submit additional audio recordings for ElevenLabs to verify that the voice featured in the provided audio recording is yours.
Profile Information and User Content. When you sign up for our Services, you may indicate how you intend to use the Services (e.g., professional use). If you decide to make your voice model available to other users in the Voice Library, you can choose to include a profile description including your name, bio/description, your social media usernames and links to your social media accounts, and the characteristics of your voice. Some profile information you provide will be viewable by other users of our Services. We collect other information you may input when you use the Services, upload files or leave feedback.
Feedback/Communications. If you contact us directly or express interest in using our Services, we collect Personal Data including your name, email address, the contents of a message or attachments that you may send to us, and other information you choose to provide. If you subscribe to our newsletter, then we will collect Personal Data from you, such as your name and email address. When we send you emails, we may track whether you open them to learn how to deliver a better customer experience and improve our Services. If you respond to a survey, we will capture your responses and any other Personal Data you provide.
Payment Details. When you register to use any of our paid Services or decide to get paid by making your voice model available to other users, our third-party payment processor, Stripe, collects and processes your payment-related information, such as your name, email, billing address, credit/debit card or banking information or other financial information. Please consult Stripe's privacy policy here.
Verification Information. As permissible by applicable law, we may ask you to provide verification of your identity to use our Services. This may include, for example, proof of address, copy of a personal identification card or passport.
Other Information You Provide. We may collect other information you may provide to us, such as when you use our alpha or beta products and services, participate in our responsible disclosure program, attend events hosted by us, interact with us online or offline, or confirm your identity. Some of these services may have additional terms.

Verifying that it is your voice featured in the audio recordings provided by you or another user	If you use our professional voice cloning services, we may process an audio recording that you provide us and Voice Data to verify that the voice featured in other audio recordings you provided is yours. Where another user wishes to use your Voice Data with your consent, we may process an audio recording that you provide to us to verify that it is your voice and that you consent to the use of your voice by the third party. We may process your Personal Data to protect against and prevent malicious, deceptive, fraudulent, illegitimate, or illegal activity, and to prevent the generation of “Deep Fakes.” We may use this data to help us defend ourselves in the event of a claim arising out of any attempted unlawful use of our Services. When we process your Voice Data for identity verification purposes, your Voice Data may constitute biometric data under applicable laws and so we will be processing your Special Category or sensitive Personal Data.	The processing may be necessary for our legitimate interests in interest in the prevention of fraud and data subject security in the processes of identification and authentication of registration in electronic systems. Also, the processing may be necessary for the establishment, exercise, or defense of legal claims.
Personalizing your experience	With your permission, we may process your Personal Data to personalize your experience when you access our Services, including suggesting content and features that could be of interest to you. Safety	We may process your Personal Data to safeguard our platform and services, and to ensure security and safety, which may include administering a responsible disclosure program.	We, or a third party, have a legitimate interest in using your Personal Data to ensure security and safety. In addition, processing your personal data to safeguard our platform and services, and to ensure security and safety, may be necessary to fulfil obligations under our contract with you.

Research and development of AI models	We may process your Personal Data to research, develop, train and otherwise improve our AI models. This may include processing audio, text, and video content (including associated metadata) that you provide or that is collected by ElevenLabs when using Instant Voice Cloning, Professional Voice Cloning, Conversational AI, Speech to Text, and Productions. Our training practices disassociate (or fully remove) data included in the training dataset that could identify you with your audio, video or related content.	We have a legitimate interest in using your Personal Data for the purpose of research and development, specifically to improve our AI models and make them more effective for our users.
Other purposes	If we intend to use your Personal Data for other purposes, we will provide specific notice at the time the Personal Data is collected.	Please consult the relevant specific notice.

If you decide to make your voice model available to other users in the Voice Library, we will also post a sample of the synthetic audio generated from your voice model for other users to preview how the voice will sound. Certain services and features may allow you to display or share information directly with other users. For example, you may share files or outputs or send information to users outside of our tool. Be sure you trust any user with whom you share information.
Third Parties. We may jointly develop, promote or offer products and features with other companies or partners which may require providing access to your Personal Data for the purpose of (a) providing, maintaining or supporting the services you requested, (b) analyzing and improving our services, and (c) marketing, advertising and other promotional activities. Certain services and features may allow you to display or share information with third parties. For example, you may share files or outputs or send information to third-party applications. Be sure you trust any third party with whom you share information.
As Required By Law and Similar Disclosures. We may access, preserve, and disclose your Personal Data with law enforcement agencies, regulatory bodies, and public authorities or pursuant to the exercise of legal proceedings if we believe doing so is required or appropriate to (a) comply with law enforcement requests and legal process, such as a court order or subpoena; or (b) protect your, our, or others' rights, property, or safety. Opt-out of Processing Your Data for Training: You may opt out of our use of your Personal Data for training at any time by navigating to the 'Data use' menu in the 'Terms and Privacy' section of your ElevenLabs account.
