Dubbing v2 Model-Specific Terms

These Dubbing v2 Model-Specific Terms (“Model-Specific Terms”) supplement your (“you”, “your” or “Customer”) existing agreement with ElevenLabs or, if no separate agreement exists, the ElevenLabs Terms of Service (either, the “Underlying ElevenLabs Agreement”). Your use of Dubbing v2 (defined below) is also subject to our Prohibited Use Policy and our Privacy Policy. Defined terms used in these Model-Specific Terms have the meanings set forth in the Underlying ElevenLabs Agreement.

Please read these Model-Specific Terms carefully. By using Dubbing v2, you agree to these Model-Specific Terms. If you do not agree or do not have the authority to agree, you may not use Dubbing v2. These Model-Specific Terms constitute a legally binding contract between you and ElevenLabs. In case of any conflict between these Model-Specific Terms and other terms agreed upon between you and ElevenLabs, these Model-Specific Terms will control with respect to your access or use of Dubbing v2. 

1. APPLICATION. 

These Model-Specific Terms apply specifically to Customer’s use of the designated Version of an ElevenLabs foundational or other artificial intelligence dubbing model (each, a “Dubbing Model”).

For purposes of these Model-Specific Terms, “Version” means a defined release of a Dubbing Model identified by a primary version number or identifier (e.g., “v1” or “v2”), and includes all related updates, modifications, patches, subversions, fine-tunes, and successor iterations within that version family (e.g., v2.1, v2.5, and any other v2.x iterations).

These Model-Specific Terms apply to the following Dubbing Models and all related Versions: Dubbing v2.

2. RESTRICTED AUDIOVISUAL USES.

Unless expressly authorized in a separate written Enterprise plan agreement or order form executed by ElevenLabs, Customer may not use Output generated using Dubbing v2 in connection with:

  • feature films;
  • television programs or series;
  • scripted streaming productions;
  • streaming and video on demand (VOD) platforms;
  • theatrical releases; or
  • other professional audiovisual entertainment productions intended for commercial distribution,

provided, however, that this restriction does not apply to content published on user-generated content platforms, including YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, or similar creator platforms.

For clarity, the foregoing restriction applies regardless of distribution channel, including broadcast, cable, streaming, theatrical exhibition, or similar commercial distribution methods.

Any authorization permitting such uses must be expressly granted by ElevenLabs in writing. Absent such authorization, film, television, and comparable commercial entertainment usage rights are excluded.

3. SCOPE. 

These Model-Specific Terms apply solely to Dubbing v2 and do not modify any rights granted with respect to any other ElevenLabs dubbing products, services, or models unless expressly stated otherwise by ElevenLabs.
