Smartness integrates ElevenLabs to power AI-driven sales and support agents

Smartness provides hotels, B&Bs, and vacation rentals with tools - including dynamic pricing, guest communication, marketing automation, and upselling - designed to maximize revenue and reduce dependency on external platforms.

Smartness has integrated ElevenLabs' Conversational AI technology to build two specialized AI agents:

• AI Support Agent: Captures customer inquiries during the team’s off-hours and automatically generates prioritized tickets in Zendesk. Future iterations of this agent will look to autonomously resolve common issues, providing continuous support.
• AI SDR Agent: Acts as a virtual sales representative, engaging qualified leads and scheduling product demonstrations. The agent efficiently manages initial outreach, significantly reducing the time human SDRs spend on lower-priority accounts.

Smartness formed an internal AI task force to explore how artificial intelligence could improve operational efficiency and commercial performance.
