From Super Bowl ads to last-minute edits, AI voice powers Ramp's team

Ramp’s brand and creative team is responsible for promoting new products, feature launches, and broader brand campaigns. The team uses ElevenCreative to prototype script ideas faster, refine messaging before recording, and maintain a consistent brand voice across their content ecosystem.
One of the most critical values of AI audio for Ramp’s workflow is the ability to manage last-minute script changes.
For a recent accounting agents launch alongside a customer interview, the team used an ElevenLabs AI voice as the official "voice of Ramp." Because getting final stakeholder agreement on scripts can be challenging, using an AI voiceover enabled fast revisions right up until the final moment in post-production, an agility that wouldn't be practical with traditional human voice recording.
We use ElevenLabs voices to be the voice of Ramp in customer interviews. It's not practical to re-record script changes, so the ability to make last minute changes and test every line and intonation with ElevenLabs voices in post-production is super helpful.
– Jack Beveridge, Executive Creative Director at Ramp
The same flexibility proved valuable for high-pressure creative projects. For its first Super Bowl commercial, Ramp had just seven days to create the ad, with a tight 45-minute window to film the talent on set.
To overcome this time constraint, the team used ElevenCreative to create a voice clone of Saquon Barkley. This allowed the creative team to prototype delivery, pacing, and intonation in advance. By scripting and timing every line precisely before getting on camera, the team could walk into the brief filming session with total confidence they'd get the shot they needed.
Beyond major ad campaigns, Ramp uses ElevenCreative to streamline the prototyping phase of regular product announcement videos.
When scripting a recent quarterly “walk and talk” feature, the creative team generated audio drafts to hear the script read aloud in real time. This made it easier to evaluate pacing and length, identify sections that ran too long, and tighten the messaging before recording the final human voiceover.
Being able to play, edit, and immediately re-hear the script in ElevenCreative helped the team finalize clearer, more concise narration while reducing the amount of rework later in production.
Across high-profile campaigns and routine product announcements, ElevenCreative has become part of Ramp’s creative workflow. From early script prototyping to last-minute revisions, AI voice allows the team to move faster, experiment more freely, and maintain a consistent brand voice across their content.
By shifting more of the creative iteration into pre-production and post-production, Ramp can focus live recording time on what matters most, capturing the final performance with confidence.
