FundedNext, a proprietary trading platform, launched "Fundee" – an AI assistant with real-time voice support. Powered by ElevenLabs' Conversational AI , Fundee helps traders smoothly navigate onboarding, choose the right account type, clearly understand cost structures, and grasp FundedNext’s trading models and policies.

Additionally, it can answer platform navigation questions, explain reward tiers and profit-sharing breakdowns, assist with challenge timelines and KYC steps, and guide traders through educational resources, supporting 32 languages.

Opportunity

FundedNext serves traders in 170+ countries who operate in fast-moving markets and often require quick answers. Delivering immediate, native-language support 24/7 with a traditional team was difficult. FundedNext identified an opportunity to improve user experience and scale support through voice AI.

Solution

FundedNext built Fundee, an AI assistant integrated into its website  to enhance traders’ experience. ElevenLabs powers Fundee’s voice, providing:

  • Real-time voice output with low latency for conversational responses.
  • 32-languages support, enabling localized help for users worldwide.
  • Seamless integration with FundedNext’s trading-specific rules and FAQ data.

FundedNext chose ElevenLabs for its natural-sounding voices, speed of deployment, and enterprise-grade security. The voice assistant was launched within days.

Early results

Fundee has significant efficiency gains since launch:

  • 24/7 multilingual support: Operates around the clock in 32 languages, ensuring traders worldwide can get support whenever needed, complementing FundedNext's existing chat and e-mail support
  • Instant response time: Reduced first response time from 25 seconds to 5 seconds, an 80% improvement. Average response time dropped from 60 seconds to 5 seconds
  • Scaled efficiency: Handled 3000 queries per day compared to 90 queries previously handled by a human agent. Average resolution time has decreased from 40 minutes to 2.08 minutes, enabling 125 queries to be solved per hour - ten times the previous rate.
  • Proven adoption: In its first 12 days, Fundee handled 36,023 calls, delivering 102,252.8 minutes of human-like support to FundedNext traders

These improvements allow the support team to focus on complex cases while ensuring traders receive rapid, accurate answers to common questions.

Next steps

FundedNext plans to expand Fundee’s functionality to include voice input and more personalized account-specific answers. With ElevenLabs as its voice technology partner, FundedNext is exploring how voice AI can further improve trading support at scale.
