Installation
Installation guides
Step 1: Telnyx SIP Trunk Setup
- Access Telnyx Mission Control Portal
- Navigate to Voice → SIP Trunking
- Create new SIP connection with FQDN type
- Configure digest authentication (Static SIP support is available on request for IP whitelisting)
- Set origination URI to: sip.rtc.elevenlabs.io
- Assign your phone numbers to the trunk
Step 2: ElevenLabs Integration Configuration
- Navigate to Phone Numbers section in ElevenLabs dashboard
- Click Import a phone number from SIP trunk
- Add your Telnyx number in E.164 format
- Enter termination hostname from Telnyx connection details
- Add Telnyx authentication credentials if using digest
- Select your AI agent for the phone number
Step 3: Testing & Validation
- Test inbound calls to verify AI agent response
- Test outbound calls from AI agent
- Verify call quality and latency
- Confirm authentication and security settings
