ElevenLabs Affiliate Partner Guide
Welcome partner,
We're excited to have you on board and we can't wait to see what you'll create as an ElevenLabs Affiliate. To make your setup seamless, we've divided this guide into two parts: a step-by-step guide to get you started and earning and an overview of ElevenLabs technology.
Getting Started with ParterStack
- After signing up on our ElevenLabs Affiliates landing page, you’ll be prompted to enter your email address. If you already have an ElevenLabs account, we recommend using the same email; otherwise, feel free to use any active email address.
- You’ll be directed to our web platform to sign up for PartnerStack, our third-party affiliate management platform.
- Once you’ve completed the onboarding with PartnerStack, you’ll be taken directly to your personal dashboard’s Home page. On this page, you’ll find an overview of the programs you’re partnered with, a summary of your performance, and recent referral activity.
- Click into your ElevenLabs program to track your referral link metrics, view your commission earnings, and explore our ElevenLabs resources.
- Here, you’ll also be able to access your unique partner link and create custom links tailored to your name, social media handle, business, or product.
- To withdraw your commissions, you’ll need to set up your bank account. Simply click Commissions on the top navigation bar, then select Setup Withdrawals. PartnerStack’s payment period runs from the 1st to the 15th of each month.
All things payment
- For every new paid subscriber plan, you’ll earn 22% on all payments from our Starter, Creator, Pro and Scale Payments for the first 12 months. You’ll also earn 11% on all payments from our Business Tier.
- Once your referral has made their first payment, your commission fee is valid 90 days after. This is due to the dispute deadline of customers’ credit cards. For example, if someone you refer purchases a paid license on Feb 10th, that referral becomes 'active' on May 10th and you will be paid on the next payment period (in June).
- The accumulated active commission fees are paid out once per month via PartnerStack. If there are payment issues, please reach out to them directly.
