Building hands-free intelligence for professionals

Fieldy.ai is building a wearable AI assistant that helps busy professionals capture meeting notes automatically — enabling them to stay present in the conversation without missing a detail.

To deliver on that promise, Fieldy needed a speech-to-text system with three key capabilities:

  • High transcription quality across many languages
  • Real-time performance with low latency
  • Accurate speaker diarization in short audio segments

When Scribe launched, Fieldy recognized it met all three requirements and that’s when they made the switch to ElevenLabs.

Why Fieldy chose Scribe

Before integrating ElevenLabs, Fieldy had tested multiple speech-to-text systems; however none offered the right combination of speed, accuracy, and multilingual coverage at scale.

On Scribe’s launch day, Fieldy evaluated it on a Lithuanian audio sample. Despite being a less commonly supported language, Scribe delivered strong results — reinforcing the team’s confidence in its multilingual performance.

Fieldy looked at several key performance indicators:

  • Accuracy performance across a wide range of languages
  • Low latency with a real time factor above 10
  • Accurate speaker diarization, even on small 20–40 second audio chunks
  • Efficient pricing to be able to transcribe 8-10h every day at low cost

Scribe was the only provider to meet all four criteria.

“Scribe’s unmatched accuracy across so many languages lets Fieldy understand every daily conversation and easily scale across continents. Fieldy has increased user retention by 50% after moving to Elevenlabs Scribe.” — Adomas Valiukevicius, Engineering Team Lead, Fieldy.ai

Privacy-first, user-first

Fieldy is built with privacy at its core. The platform never stores audio — it only processes it to generate transcripts. It’s HIPAA compliant and designed for use in regulated industries. Their mission is simple: help people stay present in the moment, while capturing every important detail for later.

With Scribe, Fieldy is expanding into more languages and regions, confident in our model’s ability to transcribe speech accurately and identify speakers reliably.

By combining ElevenLabs speech recognition with their wearable device, Fieldy is delivering a real-time AI note-taker that works — every meeting, every continent.
