• Zgadzasz się przestrzegać tych Warunków Programu;

Nie możesz uczestniczyć w Programie, jeśli nie akceptujesz powyższych warunków. Kwalifikacje

Aby uczestniczyć w Programie, ty:

• Musisz mieć co najmniej 18 lat (lub wiek pełnoletności w miejscu zamieszkania);
• Musisz mieć aktywne i ważne konto w ElevenLabs; ORAZ 
• Musisz przeczytać i zaakceptować Warunki korzystania z ElevenLabs, Politykę prywatności oraz te Warunki Programu.

Zmiany w Warunkach korzystania

ElevenLabs może aktualizować te Warunki Programu od czasu do czasu. Data „Ostatnia aktualizacja” powyżej wskazuje, kiedy te Warunki Programu zostały ostatnio zmienione. Jeśli wprowadzimy przyszłe zmiany, możemy (według własnego uznania) powiadomić cię o tych zmianach w dowolny rozsądny sposób, na przykład wysyłając e-mail, zamieszczając powiadomienie za pośrednictwem naszych Usług lub aktualizując datę na górze tych Warunków Programu. O ile nie powiemy inaczej w naszym powiadomieniu, zmienione Warunki Programu będą obowiązywać natychmiast. Kontynuując udział w Programie po wejściu w życie takich zmian, zgadzasz się na takie zmiany w Warunkach Programu. Możemy być zobowiązani do udostępnienia określonych informacji partnerowi zewnętrznemu w celu skutecznego zarządzania i prowadzenia Programu, zgodnie z naszymi Warunkami korzystania i Polityką prywatności.

Wymagania dotyczące uczestnictwa

• You must provide accurate details, including your full legal name and a valid email address, before receiving payment.
• Only humans can register; "bots" or automated methods are not allowed.
• You're accountable for all content and activities under your account, even those by others under your account.
• A single person or entity shouldn't maintain multiple accounts.
• Using the program for unauthorized or illegal purposes, including violating any laws in your jurisdiction, is prohibited.
• Unauthorized use of ElevenLabs' intellectual property, trademarks, logos, advertising terms, or any related materials, whether in connection with the program or otherwise, is not permitted. However, we grant you a limited, nonexclusive, revocable, non-transferable, non-sublicensable royalty-free license to: (a) use, reproduce, distribute, perform, display and prepare derivative works of our name, logo, trademarks, and other brand identifiers for the sole purpose of promoting us in a legal and non-harmful, racist, or otherwise negative way we believe causes damage to our brand.
• Directly earning money on your own ElevenLabs product accounts through the program is prohibited.

Content Best Practices

• Using misleading tactics or false advertising.
• Bidding on branded keywords or terms associated with ElevenLabs without prior consent.
• Engaging in any activity that may be deemed harmful or detrimental to ElevenLabs' brand or reputation.
• Creating any content that promotes harm, discrimination, or violations of our established rules will not be tolerated and may result in immediate action, including removal and potential account suspension.

Payment & Commissions

• You can earn a 22% commission on transactions of referred paying subscribers for the first 12 months.
• Commissions are paid monthly to the best of our abilities through a third party service.
• Payment is between the 1st - 15th of each month to the best of our abilities.
• Commissions are released after the subscriber has been active for over 30 days to account for potential cancellations, refunds, or chargebacks.
• Payments are made through our third party partner PartnerStack and according to the payment method selected by the affiliate.
• It is your responsibility to ensure that their payment details are accurate and up-to-date.

ElevenLabs może natychmiast zawiesić lub zakończyć twoje uczestnictwo w Programie za jakiekolwiek naruszenie (lub podejrzenie naruszenia) tych Warunków Programu lub z innego powodu (w tym, gdy twoje treści nie są zgodne z idealnym profilem klienta ElevenLabs, produktem lub funkcjami lub gdy nie jesteś w stanie dostarczyć wystarczających (według uznania ElevenLabs) szczegółów dotyczących twojej zgodności z tymi Warunkami Programu). ElevenLabs może, według własnego uznania, wstrzymać Prowizje w przypadku, gdy ElevenLabs ustaliło lub ma uzasadnione podejrzenia, że doszło do naruszenia tych Warunków Programu (lub jakichkolwiek warunków włączonych przez odniesienie). 

ElevenLabs może również zawiesić lub zakończyć uczestnictwo twoich partnerów (lub innych powiązanych stron) w Programie w zakresie, w jakim naruszasz (lub jesteś podejrzewany o naruszenie) tych Warunków Programu.

Bez ograniczania powyższego, ElevenLabs może zakończyć twoje uczestnictwo w Programie, jeśli ElevenLabs, jeśli byłeś nieaktywny przez jeden (1) rok. ElevenLabs może również zakończyć cały Program według własnego uznania. 

Żadne Prowizje nie będą wypłacane po dacie wejścia w życie jakiegokolwiek zakończenia, jak przewidziano w tej sekcji.
