Listen to your favorite books and articles voiced by Judy Garland, James Dean, Burt Reynolds and Sir Laurence Olivier

Thanks to partnerships with their estates, the voices of legendary stars of stage and screen Judy Garland, James Dean, Burt Reynolds, and Sir Laurence Olivier are now part of the library of voices on our Reader App.

Last week we launched our Reader App that lets users listen to any digital text on-the-go, powered by our AI voices. The app takes articles, PDF, ePub, newsletters, e-books or any other text on your phone and turns it into an emotionally rich, context aware voiceover.  These iconic voices are exclusively available through the app for individual streaming and are not part of our broader Voice Library for creating content to share.

We partnered with the estates of the late stars to recreate the voices. The heirs are excited to see their’ legacies live on and for fans to be able to discover them in new ways. Try out L. Frank Baum’s The Wonderful Wizard of Oz voiced by Judy Garland, or Sherlock Holmes narrated by Sir Laurence Oliver.
