다음은 음악 모델별 약관(“모델별 약관”)으로, 위 서비스 약관을 보완하며, 고객이 지정된 버전의 음악 모델을 사용할 때 적용됩니다. 이 모델별 약관에서 “버전”이란 주요 버전 번호 또는 식별자로 구분되는 음악 모델의 특정 릴리스를 의미하며, 해당 버전 계열 내의 모든 관련 업데이트, 수정, 패치, 하위 버전(예: v1.1, v1.5, 기타 v1.x 버전 포함)을 포함합니다.
ElevenLabs에서 별도로 명시하지 않는 한, 동일한 버전 계열 내의 모든 버전은 동일한 모델별 약관이 적용됩니다. ElevenLabs는 하위 버전이나 업데이트를 별도의 모델별 약관이 적용되는 새로운 버전으로 지정할 권리를 보유합니다.
1. 상업적 이용.
(a) 일반 사항. 아웃풋의 상업적 이용은 본 서비스 약관에 명시된 제한 사항을 준수하는 경우 허용됩니다.
(b) 제한 사항. 아웃풋의 상업적 이용은 다음과 같이 제한됩니다:
(i) 무료 플랜. 고객이 무료 플랜을 이용하는 경우, 아웃풋을 어떠한 상업적 목적으로도 사용할 수 없습니다. 여기에는 Spotify, Apple Music, Amazon Music, Pandora 등 스트리밍 음악 플랫폼에서의 아웃풋 배포 금지도 포함됩니다.
(ii) 스타터, 크리에이터, 프로, 스케일, 비즈니스 플랜. 고객이 스타터, 크리에이터, 프로, 스케일, 비즈니스 플랜을 이용하는 경우, 다음과 같은 상업적 환경에서 아웃풋을 사용할 수 없습니다:
(1) 오프라인 (즉, 인터넷이나 모바일 앱이 아닌) TV 또는 라디오 프로그램, 영화, 기타 영상 매체, 생방송, 광고 등.
(2) 컨퍼런스, 박람회, 콘서트 등 트래픽이 많은 공개 행사;
(3) 100개 이상의 아웃풋이 포함된 음악 라이브러리 또는 저장소에서, 고객이 제3자에게 음악을 라이선스하거나 배포하려는 경우; 또는
(4) 어떤 환경에서든, 서비스 또는 아웃풋을 OEM 약관에 정의된 '제공(Making Available)' 방식으로 제3자에게 제공하여 본 조항 또는 서비스 약관의 다른 조항을 위반하는 경우.
(iii) 엔터프라이즈 플랜. 고객이 엔터프라이즈 플랜을 이용하는 경우, 다음과 같은 상업적 환경에서 아웃풋을 사용할 수 없습니다:
(1) 100개 이상의 아웃풋이 포함된 음악 라이브러리 또는 저장소에서, 고객이 제3자에게 음악을 라이선스하거나 배포하려는 경우; 또는
(2) Spotify, Apple Music, Amazon Music, Pandora 등 스트리밍 음악 플랫폼에서의 배포.
(2) 생성 및 다운로드 제한.
(a) 무료 플랜.
(i) 월 최대 11분의 아웃풋 생성 가능.
(ii) 다운로드 불가.
(b) 스타터 플랜.
(i) 월 최대 30분의 아웃풋 생성 가능.
(ii) 월 최대 30분의 아웃풋 다운로드 가능.
(c) 크리에이터, 프로, 스케일, 비즈니스 플랜.
(i) 생성 및 다운로드 한도는 플랜 유형에 따라 다름(아래 표 참고).
(d) 엔터프라이즈 플랜.
(i) 서면으로 합의된 맞춤형 생성 및 다운로드 한도.
(e) 플랜별 이용 한도 표. 아래 표는 각 음악 구독 플랜에 적용되는 이용 한도와 제한 사항을 안내합니다. 여기에는 월별 오디오 생성 및 다운로드 한도, 상업적 이용 제한이 포함되어 있습니다. 선택한 플랜으로 Music을 이용하기 전에 아래 조건을 꼭 확인해 주세요.
