Adapt cuts localization time by 45%

Adapt is an end to end localization service provider focused on combining new AI enabled tools with regional localization experts. They work with customers all around the world helping them localize and distribute their content for global audiences, so we’ve partnered with them for their transcription and localization needs. 

Many transcription models hallucinate when processing multi-language dialogue. Adapt struggled finding tools that could  transcribe content that switched from Arabic to Hebrew. Their tools could transcribe the Arabic accurately but when the content switched to Hebrew it would still be transcribed in Arabic, creating unintelligible outputs. ElevenLabs handles these situations better thanks to our multilingual capabilities, thus reducing errors and time spent for review and saving Adapt time, which directly translates to cost savings as well. 

Further even with English source content Adapt benefited from material time savings.  Adapt recently used Scribe to transcribe Willa, a short film produced by Corey Mayne,  Scribe was able to reduce the time spent by Adapt to get to their final transcript by 45%. 

Scribe correctly understands sentences, creates the right blocks, picks up words that were missed by other models, and even captures sound cues and flags properly, all this contributed towards time and labor savings in Adapt’s localization process. In this sample below, you can see how the final cut from the producers matches Scribe's transcript perfectly, whereas the previous tool used by Adapt creates time misaligned blocks, which forces the producer to break it down and properly time sync it so it matches the audio on screen and the pace of narration.
