How do I cancel my subscription?

When you cancel your subscription, this won’t take effect until the end of your current billing cycle. At this point, your account will be transferred onto our free plan, and you will lose any unused credits on your account.

Here’s how to cancel your subscription:

1Log in to your account at https://elevenlabs.io.

Click your profile icon in the top right corner of the website to open your account menu, then select

Subscription

Click Manage subscription. This will appear on the left of the window.

Click Cancel subscription and proceed through through the cancelation process.

Once you click Cancel Subscription, your cancelation will be scheduled for the end of your current billing cycle.

You will see confirmation of the scheduled cancelation. At any time before the end of your billing cycle, you can click Resume subscription to cancel the cancelation request.

Your browser can sometimes block popups from appearing or a button from working. If this happens, try using a different browser. The browsers that generally work best are Chrome, Edge, and Firefox.
