Today we are launching Ads Engine, a new product area inside ElevenCreative that connects directly to your advertising platforms. The first capability is ads localization - taking your existing creatives and adapting them across languages and markets, then pushing the localized versions back to Google, Meta, and LinkedIn.
The problem Ads Engine solves
Most brands running digital advertising face the same tradeoff. They have campaigns that perform well in their primary market, but expanding those campaigns to additional languages and regions requires separate production cycles, separate budgets, and weeks of turnaround per language.
The result is predictable. Brands either run their original-language ads globally and accept lower conversion rates in non-native markets, or they localize a handful of priority markets and ignore the long tail. In both cases, revenue is left on the table.
The production overhead is what forces that tradeoff. When it costs weeks of work and significant budget to localize a single campaign into one additional language, most teams cannot justify doing it for 10 or 20 languages. Ads Engine changes that math.
How it works
Ads Engine connects to your Google Ads and Meta Ads accounts. It pulls your existing ad creatives and their performance data, so you start with what is already working.
From there, you select the markets and languages you want to reach. The platform handles text translation, image adaptation, and video dubbing simultaneously across every language you select.
For video ads, Dubbing V2 takes the original speaker's performance - tone, emotion, pacing - and reproduces it in each target language. The result sounds like the original speaker recorded the ad in that language, not like a separate voiceover was layered on top.
Once the localized creatives are ready, you can review them with an optional approval workflow. When you are satisfied, the platform pushes the finished ads directly back to your ad platform, ready to run.
Localization beyond translation
Effective ad localization goes further than translating text. Visual elements carry cultural meaning - colors, imagery, layout conventions, and even the styling of the people in ads communicate differently across markets.
Ads Engine adapts images alongside text and audio. Text overlays on images are translated. Image composition can be adjusted for different markets. For brands operating across culturally distinct regions, this means creative that is genuinely adapted, not just run through a translation layer.
The platform also includes ad fatigue detection, which flags when creatives are losing performance so teams can refresh before results drop.
Reusable workflows
For teams managing campaigns across many markets, Ads Engine supports reusable Templates. Set up a localization pipeline once - define your target languages, configure approval steps, set your preferences for image adaptation - and any team member can run that same pipeline for the next campaign.
When a new campaign launches or a new market opens, the team uses the existing Template. No re-briefing, no rebuilding the workflow from scratch.
What comes next
Localization is the first capability in Ads Engine. We are building toward a continuous optimization loop - a system that reads performance data from your running ads, detects when creatives are fatiguing, generates fresh variants, and pushes them back into market. The localization engine is the entry point. The loop is the product.
