About this role
We’re looking for an experienced business development professional to lead our Commercial Partners Program in Western Europe. This program brings together resellers, systems integrators and consulting firms that partner with ElevenLabs to deploy our technology to their clients.
In this role, you will:
Own and execute our reseller, integrator and consulting partner strategy across Western Europe (DACH, France, Benelux)
Build and deepen relationships with the most influential systems integrators and resellers in these markets
Onboard, enable, and activate partners to succeed with ElevenLabs products
Generate and qualify new opportunities through partners
Expand and scale the Partner Program in line with growth targets
Design, pilot, and optimize incentive models for partners
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the program
Who you are
5+ years’ experience in channel and reseller partnerships within SaaS
Fluent in German and English; French is a plus
Strong commercial acumen with a proven ability to build long-term partnerships
A true owner mentality: hands-on, resourceful, and proactive
Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
Based in a Western European market
