Installation
Installation guides
Step 1: Salesforce Connected App Setup
1. Navigate to Setup > App Manager in Salesforce
2. Create New Connected App with OAuth settings
3. Configure OAuth scopes: api, refresh_token, offline_access
4. Set callback URL for ElevenLabs integration
5. Note Client ID and Client Secret for agent configuration
Step 2: ElevenLabs Agent Configuration
1. Access ElevenLabs console and create new Conversational AI agent
2. Create a new workspace auth connection
3. Enter Salesforce Token URL, Client ID, and Client Secret, required scopes and any extra parameters
4. Save the new workspace auth connection
5. Create webhook tools that call salesforce and select the salesforce connection in the Authentication options
