In accordance with Article 13 of the Regulation \EU\ 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC \General Data Protection Regulation) (“GDPR”), we inform you that the administrator of the personal data is ElevenLabs Poland LLC with its registered office on ul. Purpose and Legal Basis for Processing
Your personal data will be processed for the purpose of organizing and enabling your communication with the Administrator, participation in the ElevenLabs events, as well as for the promotion of the Administrator and its future projects within internal and marketing communications, including presentations, informational brochures, and other marketing materials, as well as for the promotion of the ElevenLabs on the Administrator’s social media - based on Article 6\1)(a) of the GDPR.
Categories of Data Processing
The Administrator processes personal data in the following scope:
- Image, recorded by video and/or photograph.
- First and Last Name.
- E-mail address
- Company
Duration of Data Processing
Consent to use the image for the above purposes is given without territorial limitations for a period of 2 years. After this time, the image will no longer be used unless the Participant withdraws their consent before this period ends. Personal data in the form of the first and last name will be processed for the time necessary to organize the Event, and then potentially only for such time as required by applicable law (e.g., limitation periods) or as necessary to defend or pursue claims.
Requirement to Provide Personal Data
Providing personal data in the form of the first and last name is voluntary, but failure to provide it prevents participation in the Event. In the case of the image – it is voluntary and does not affect the possibility of participating in the Event.
Data Recipients and Information on Processing Personal Data in Third Countries
The recipients of the data are the Administrator’s personnel in connection with the purposes described above, as well as social media recipients where your image will be published. Data recipients may also include entities providing services to the Administrator, such as IT, graphic, photographic, marketing, and social media services, as well as public authorities or entities authorized to receive data under applicable law. In certain circumstances (especially in the case of publishing your image on social media), we may transfer your personal data to another country, including countries outside the EEA. When transferring data to third countries, for which there is no European Commission decision stating an adequate level of data protection, we will rely on: an applicable derogation or exemption for a specific situation (e.g., your explicit or separate consent); or implement appropriate safeguards (e.g., standard contractual clauses issued by the European Commission or binding corporate rules approved by the relevant supervisory authority, as appropriate), to ensure the protection of your Personal Data. Automated Decision-Making, Including Profiling
Data is not subject to automated decision-making, including profiling.
Rights of the Data Subject and Additional Information
You have the right to access your personal data, the right to request its rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, and the right to object to the processing. In particular, you have the right to object to certain publications, and in the case of such an objection, the Administrator will remove such a publication from the social media profile or website it administers.
The Administrator is only responsible for publications of the image made in electronic media administered by itself. To the extent that your personal data is processed based on consent \Article 6\1)(a) GDPR\, you also have the right to withdraw consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal.
