About the role
This role is remote and can be executed globally. However, to facilitate working with the Partnerships team, we prefer candidates based in the United States.
Join us to build Strategic Partnerships that fuel growth via IP licensing and top-creator collaborations across the creator economy, entertainment and emerging culture. This role blends creator partnership development, marketing, and strategic ecosystem building; forging relationships with rights holders, top creators, platforms, and marketplaces that shape culture. You’ll help elevate ElevenLabs’ voice technology through authentic collaborations, campaigns, and activations that celebrate creativity and expand our reach.
This is not a direct sales role; it’s about creative enablement, strategic alignment, and building trust with the people shaping the future of digital voice.
Responsibilities
Identify, design, and manage collaborations with IP rights holders, top creators, cultural innovators, and industry partners to bring new voice-driven experiences to life. From individual partnerships to large-scale creative campaigns, you’ll help showcase how AI voice can empower expression and storytelling.
Collaborate with product, marketing, and partnerships teams to grow and curate the Iconic Marketplace—onboarding top talent, managing relationships, and ensuring that both established and emerging voices find value and visibility on the platform.
Build and manage relationships with leading creators and influencers across music, film, gaming, and digital media. Design and execute high-impact partnerships that authentically integrate ElevenLabs technology into creator content and social storytelling.
Work closely with marketing and community teams to support activations, product launches, and creative initiatives. Help design co-marketing programs, content partnerships, and events that spotlight innovation using ElevenLabs’ tools.
Collaborate with platforms, creative tool providers, and digital communities to ensure ElevenLabs is embedded where creators make, share, and monetize their work. Support integrations that drive accessibility, discoverability, and creative opportunity.
Help represent ElevenLabs within the creative community. Represent the brand at major creator, tech, and entertainment events—building relationships, shaping industry perception, and promoting thought leadership around AI voice and creative innovation.
What you bring

6–10+ years’ experience in strategic partnerships, influencer marketing, business development, or creative brand collaborations
Experience working in the music and/or entertainment space
Deep understanding of the creator economy, influencer landscape, and digital media ecosystems
Proven success in negotiating and executing IP partnerships and campaigns that drive cultural and business impact
Experience working cross-functionally with marketing, product, and creative teams to deliver high-visibility initiatives
Strong communication and relationship-building skills with creators, agencies, and industry partners
A passion for empowering creativity and advancing the future of voice and expression
