# Slack

Slack 传入 Webhook 可让接待员在通话期间向频道发布消息，例如来电者要求回电或报告紧急情况时。

## 在 Slack 中创建传入 Webhook

### 创建 Slack 应用

前往 [api.slack.com/apps](https://api.slack.com/apps)，选择 **Create New App**，再选择 **From scratch**，然后选择工作区。

### 启用传入 Webhook

打开 **Incoming Webhooks**，启用 **Activate Incoming Webhooks**，然后选择 **Add New Webhook to Workspace**。选择要发布消息的频道，然后选择 **Allow**。

### 复制 Webhook URL

复制以 `https://hooks.slack.com/services/` 开头的 URL。请将其视为密钥：任何拥有该 URL 的人都可以向此频道发布消息。

## 创建 Webhook 工具

前往 **Integrations**，选择 **Add integration**，然后选择 **Webhook Tool**。

| **说明**     | "向团队的 Slack 频道发布消息。来电者要求回电、希望与真人交谈或报告紧急问题时使用。" |

| **正文参数**   | `text`（字符串，必填）：“要发布的消息：来电者姓名、电话号码及其需求。”        |
| **分配给智能体** | **Receptionist**                               |

选择 **Enable**，然后通过要求回电来[测试接待员](/docs/zh/reception-ai/receptionist/testing)。消息将显示在频道中。

> 每个传入 Webhook 只能向一个频道发布消息。如需向多个频道发布，请为每个频道创建一个 Webhook 和
> 一个工具。如需发送私信或读取 Slack，请使用
> [Zapier](/docs/zh/reception-ai/integrations/zapier)。

## 故障排除

| 问题                    | 检查项                                        |
| --------------------- | ------------------------------------------ |
| 频道中未显示任何内容            | 正文参数名称必须严格为 `text`。                        |
| Slack 返回 `no_service` | Webhook 已删除或应用已卸载。请创建新的 Webhook 并更新工具 URL。 |
| 接待员从不发布消息             | 在工具说明中明确应发布消息的场景。                          |
