# Setmore

接待员可将来电者添加为 Setmore 联系人，并按来电者要求的时间创建预约。Setmore 的 API 需要 Pro 套餐、Setmore 审批，以及会过期且必须刷新的访问令牌，因此 Reception 通过 [Zapier](/docs/zh/reception-ai/integrations/zapier) 连接。

> Zapier 的 Setmore 应用无法查询可预约时间或查找现有预约，因此接待员
> 无法提供空闲时段。如需实时预约，请使用 Reception 自带的预约功能，连接 [Google Calendar](/docs/zh/reception-ai/integrations/google-calendar)、
> [Calendly](/docs/zh/reception-ai/integrations/calendly) 或
> [Cal.com](/docs/zh/reception-ai/integrations/cal-com)。

## 设置

### 连接 Zapier

如果尚未连接，请在 Reception.ai 中连接 [Zapier](/docs/zh/reception-ai/integrations/zapier)。

### 添加 Setmore 操作

在 [mcp.zapier.com](https://mcp.zapier.com) 的 Zapier MCP 服务器中，从 **Setmore Appointments** 应用添加[以下操作](#actions)，并在 Zapier 提示时登录 Setmore。按下表所示，为每个字段设置固定值或让 AI 填写。

### 分配工具

在 Reception.ai 中，打开 Zapier 集成的 **Tools** 标签页，选择 **Refresh tools**，然后将每项操作分配给 **Client**（接待员）。

### 测试

[测试接待员](/docs/zh/reception-ai/receptionist/testing)，请求创建预约。检查预约在 Setmore 中添加到了哪位员工的日历及哪项服务。

## 操作

Setmore 要求每个预约都提供客户邮箱，因此接待员必须询问邮箱。让它向来电者复述拼写确认邮箱地址。

适用于想加入客户列表但不预约的来电者。

## 限制

* 接待员无法查询可用时间、查找现有预约、重新安排或取消预约。
* Zapier 的 **Create Appointment** 没有员工或服务字段。首次测试时，检查 Setmore 使用了哪位员工和哪项服务，并告知团队调整需要由其他人处理的预约。
* Zapier 的 Setmore 应用不支持搜索，因此回访来电者可能会被重复添加。
* 接待员每执行一项操作，都会消耗 Zapier 套餐中的任务数。Zapier 目前每次成功调用计为 2 个任务；失败调用不计入。套餐任务用完后，操作会停止，直至额度重置。

## 故障排除

| 问题                           | 检查项                                               |

| Reception.ai 中未显示 Setmore 操作 | 在 Zapier 中添加操作后，在 Zapier 集成中选择 **Refresh tools**。 |
| 操作显示 **Changed** 且未被使用       | 你在 Zapier 中编辑了该操作。在 **Tools** 标签页中选择 **Update**。  |
| **Create Appointment** 失败    | 检查来电者是否提供了邮箱地址，以及开始时间是否包含完整日期和时间。                 |
| 预约时间不正确                      | 检查 Setmore 设置中的时区，并让接待员向来电者复述时间确认。                |
