# Monday.com

接待员可以在 Monday.com 看板中添加项目，例如新的潜在客户或回电请求，也可以按名称查找项目。Monday.com 的 API 使用 GraphQL：每个请求都是包含一个 `query` 字段的 `POST`，因此每个工具都会为接待员提供可填充的查询模板。

## 开始前

| **Board ID**  | 看板 URL 中 `/boards/` 后的数字                   |

该令牌将以你的身份运行，并拥有你对所有看板的访问权限。

## 创建项目

前往 **Integrations**，选择 **Add integration**，然后选择 **Webhook Tool**。

为 `query` 使用以下描述，并将 `1234567890` 替换为看板 ID：

选择 **Enable**。

## 查找项目

使用相同的方法、URL 和请求头创建第二个 webhook 工具。

通过回电请求[测试接待员](/docs/zh/reception-ai/receptionist/testing)，然后在第二次对话中询问该项目。

## 限制

创建工具仅设置项目名称。填充状态、日期或人员列需要在 GraphQL 查询中写入 JSON 值，接待员难以稳定地完成。若要设置列，请通过 [Zapier](/docs/zh/reception-ai/integrations/zapier) 使用 Monday.com 的 **Create Item** 操作。

## 故障排除

| 问题                   | 检查项                                  |
| -------------------- | ------------------------------------ |
| `Not Authenticated`  | 请求头必须只包含令牌，不要加 `Bearer`。             |
| `Parse error on ...` | 接待员修改了查询结构。请让 `query` 描述更严格，或缩短项目名称。 |
| 未找到项目                | 查找会精确匹配完整的项目名称。                      |
| `Board not found`    | 检查看板 ID，并确认令牌所有者可查看该看板。              |
