# Make

将 Make 场景连接到 [webhook 工具](/docs/zh/reception-ai/integrations/webhooks)。当对话符合工具描述时，接待员会收集详细信息、运行场景，并向来电者读出响应。

## 构建场景

### 添加自定义 webhook

在 Make 中，创建一个场景，并添加 **Webhooks** → **Custom webhook** 作为触发器。选择 **Add**，为 webhook 命名并复制其 URL。请将该 URL 视为机密：任何获得它的人都能运行此场景。

### 添加模块

添加场景所需的应用、路由器和筛选器。

### 返回响应

在场景末尾添加 **Webhooks** → **Webhook response**。将 **Status** 设为 `200`，并将 **Body** 设为接待员可读取的 JSON，例如 `{"order_status": "shipped", "eta": "Friday"}`。没有此模块时，Make 会回复 `Accepted`，接待员无法获得数据。

### 启用场景

将场景设为在 **Immediately as data arrives** 时运行，然后启用它。

## 创建 webhook 工具

前往 **Integrations**，选择 **Add integration**，然后选择 **Webhook Tool**。

| **Name**             | 场景的功能，例如 `check_order_status`            |
| **Description**      | 使用时机，例如“查询订单配送状态。当来电者询问其订单时使用。”          |
| **Method**           | POST                                     |
| **URL**              | 自定义 webhook URL                          |
| **Body Parameters**  | 场景所需的每个值对应一个参数，例如 `order_number`（字符串，必填） |
| **Assign to agents** | **Receptionist**                         |

选择 **Enable**。

## 让 Make 识别数据结构

Make 会从 webhook 的首次请求中识别接收字段。打开自定义 webhook，选择 **Redetermine data structure**，然后通过会触发该工具的对话[测试接待员](/docs/zh/reception-ai/receptionist/testing)。当 Make 显示 **Successfully determined** 后，即可在模块中映射字段。

## 故障排除

| 问题         | 检查项                                                     |
| ---------- | ------------------------------------------------------- |
| 场景未运行      | 场景必须已启用，并设为立即运行。                                        |
| 接待员未获得回答   | 添加 **Webhook response** 模块，并确保每条路由都能到达该模块。              |
| 接待员提示工具失败  | 场景必须在工具的 **Response timeout** 内响应。默认是 20 秒，最长可设为 120 秒。 |
| 后续模块中的字段为空 | 添加或重命名正文参数后，请重新识别数据结构。                                  |
