# Jotform

接待员可以确认来电者是否提交过表单，例如初步登记表或预约请求，并说明表单需要填写哪些内容。

## 开始前

| **表单 ID**  | 表单 URL 末尾的数字，例如 `form.jotform.com/241234567890123`             |

如果账户位于美国，请使用下方的 `https://api.jotform.com`。欧盟账户使用 `https://eu-api.jotform.com`，HIPAA 账户使用 `https://hipaa-api.jotform.com`。

## 查找提交内容

前往 **Integrations**，选择 **Add integration**，然后选择 **Webhook Tool**。

选择 **Enable**。接待员会读取最新的 20 条提交内容，并在回答中查找来电者的姓名或电话号码。

## 说明表单

使用相同标头创建第二个 webhook 工具。

## 限制

接待员无法提交表单。Jotform 的 API 将提交内容作为类似 `submission[3]` 的表单字段接收，而 webhook 工具无法发送此类字段。要在通话中收集信息，请使用其他工具保存，例如 [Airtable](/docs/zh/reception-ai/integrations/airtable)，或通过连接到自有系统的 [webhook](/docs/zh/reception-ai/integrations/webhooks) 保存。

## 故障排除

| 问题                      | 检查项                                               |
| ----------------------- | ------------------------------------------------- |
| `You're not authorized` | 检查 API 密钥，并使用账户所在区域的 API 主机。                      |
| 未找到提交内容                 | 它可能早于最新的 20 条。提高 `limit` 描述中的数字，但列表应保持足够短，方便逐一查看。 |
| 回答难以匹配                  | 请来电者提供其在表单中填写的准确姓名或邮箱。                            |
